hard luck to defeat.

from a long highlights of this game, i saw viola's good moves came in the 2nd half espcially by Jovetic tries his best in some occasions, also by the fullbacks who as they got free role to go forward. i blame Gonzalo for the 2nd yellow card and then cost the team playing more than 30 minutes with 10 men on the pitch. Viviano was immense as usual, he saved some goals for inter, 2 of them for Milito.

I'd usually say encroachment isn't such a big deal in these cases...especially if it's the opposition encroaching. But in this case, I agree with you. Cassano wasn't too far off from being in line with Milito when the ball was struck. The ref should have ordered the PK to be re-taken as is the standard call when encroachment is spotted.

I am very interested in seeing how Hegazy looks but Camporese does have the most experience.

You can't really blame one player; Roncaglia was constantly out of position (his biggest issue at Boca) which left Gonzalo as exposed as he was, and the entire team was responsible for bad giveaways especially Valero in the first half and Jovetic in the second.

Gonzalo made the biggest mistakes but he was hardly alone. Inter did a very good job exposing us to counters.

Camporese should have experience to play against Gilardino and keep him quiet ;)


Game against Inter was sad and I think main reason of loss was good feeling received from game against Juventus.
"we can beat anyone" attitude doesn't always help.

Agree with everything except for the last part. We've been a pretty easy team to do in if you keep the pressure up.

Montella said that we needed to play with intensity but without arrogance. I think we followed his instruction a bit too much.

Confidence is the biggest factor in how a team plays, the more, the better. That's just how it is. When Ljajic scores, you can bet the floodgates will open.
