Latest news say that FC Bihor did not receive it's license for Liga I so unless a massive rule change happens on 20 June they will have to live to fight another year for promotion.
So far we know for sure 15 teams for next year, in alphabetical order: Astra Ploiesti, Brasov, Ceahlaul Piatra-Neamt, CFR Cluj, Concordia Chiajna, Dinamo Bucuresti, Gaz Metan Medias, Champions Otelul Galati, Pandurii Targu-Jiu, Petrolul Ploiesti, Rapid Bucuresti, Steaua Bucuresti, FC Municipal Targu-Mures, Universitatea Cluj and FC Vaslui.
It's very probable that Sportul Studentesc will still play in Liga I even though they finished 18th, they were the only relegated team that asked and received the license needed. Also the other 2 teams CS Mioveni ( team that will replace FC Bihor ) and Vointa Sibiu that have license for Liga 1.
Sageata Navodari also has license for Liga I but doesn't have the right to play in Liga I because along with Viitorul Constanta ( also from Liga II-A ) are founded in the last 3 years.
