This is great news for us Inter fans, but it is bad news for you Real fans....although they are just rumours, they are prevalent throughout Italy and Spain which mean that there is truth to this....if you go to calciomercato.com, sportal.it, or teamtalkworld.com, you will read that Inter are trying hard to get back Roberto Carlos...he could come because he supported Sanz, and the last player that supported Sanz was Redondo, and now he is in Milan....

Besides Real need the money to finance the Zidane transfer which is now looking more and more possible (soccerage.com)...

FORZA INTER
FORZA ROBERTO CARLOS:D:D:D:D

that is what perez said that
he wouldnt accept any bids for RC until and unless the team meets the buyout clause.
150mln$
is a big sum for any club even as rich as inter.
and if inter are prepared to pay that i would say only on thing
SELL HIM!!
we can buy another left back and have our 75% debts cleared.

Inter Milan are guilty of being the biggest transfer jerks and dorks on our planet. But watch out here comes mr Perez - sell Redondo for 17 mln$ and buy two worse players in his place for 31 mln$. Where are you gonna find somehting more stupid I ask? Not even Moratti has done this I think:( Next thing you know we'll be selling Eto'o, Rivera, Tote and Cambiasso, and buying Baggio (R.) and Hagi in their places. ARRRRRGGGGGGHhhhh:mad: Why Us?

well you guys are right...Moratti regrets selling Roberto Carlos, but how foolish can you guys be?!?!?!?!

Perez is said to be going after Zidane....now IF Zidane does join Real, how in the hell do you think that a debt-riddled team like Real can afford to pay Figo, Zidane, Raul, McManaman, Hierro, Roberto Carlos, and so on....

I know that Redondo supported Sanz in the election, HE IS NOW IN MILAN, and they didn't have to pay Real the buy out clause....are you guys so naive to think that Carlos is not going anywhere?!?!?!

RC supported Sanz, and now Perez has put him on the market like he did with Redondo....now even Moratti isn't dumb enough to pay the $150 million buy out clause, but a negotiation is possible....

FORZA INTER
FORZA RONALDO.......You may have Raul, but we have RONALDO:D:D:D:D

I think by selling Redondo, Perez had placed himself in an unfavourable position (though he brought in Figo) with the fans or staff in the Club. I don't live in Spain, so I don't really know the exact sentiments ihn Madrid now. But I guess it shouldn't be far off..
Noegotiating for probably the most popular player among the fans and the team is definitely out of the question. Only a buy-out (and the player must be willing) is possible. If he's going to sell RC off, well, I don't know, the Madrid people might just push the beheading stand out (or burn him in the city square??) Hee hee...
If so many of our players are attracting so much interest, I would suggest that Perez had the amount of buy-out (in the next renewed contract with whichever player) equated to our debts. That would squash out any rumours.. :)

After Real won the Champions League, Roberto Carlos was quoted as saying that Moratti (President of Inter) was the best president in the world, and that he would return to Inter if Moratti wanted him to...I think that RC would come to Inter because he wants to prove himself in Italy, he has already proven himself in Spain....So is he were to leave, it would be for Inter!!!!

I am afraid Anelka, but Jupiter is right, RC appreciates very much Moratti, he said it a few months ago.

But anyway he's going nowhere, he is happy to be at Real, actually who wouldn't be ? :)

I remember RC making such statements, but RC also has a tendency of saying brainless things. He has a big mouth that I wish to staple his mouth shut.

well said furiablanca
i think not only he but there r a few other brazilians like rivaldo and pele who just cant keep their mouth shut.

All I am saying is that Roberto Carlos admires Moratti very much, and if there are reports linking him with Inter, they could come true, especially now that Perez is the president...

FORZA RONALDO!!!!:D
