Yes,it would be un-wise to under-estimate any team who've made it this far. However,if Inter take the right attitude, you should have too much fire-power for Feyenoord, who have not been at their best this season.Serie A is still very strong, and Inter - for themselves & for Italy - should make the effort to win the trophy.Winning the UEFA cup was important to us last year, and it helped prepare us for this season.I'm sure you can draw several positives from winning the final, which you are more than capable of doing:) .

Feyenord has some great individual's in there team!,Players like Van Hooijdonk and Bret Emerton and Sinji Ono these players can really carve up Inter's Defence so i will not underestimate Feyenord.

Michel, now you're underestimating Inter!

I think you can beat them IF you don't underestimate them. They have a player with a VERY deadly freekick (Van Hooydonk) . I'm not exaggarating if I say it's equal or even better as Beckham's.

I agree with you P. Kluivert
he got deadly freekicks

Toldo is suspended, I don't know what he did to receive the red card? I haven't seen the match  He'll probably be suspended for one match.
toldo got 2 yellow cards for time wasting... i did watch the game but i missed that part when the ref dismissed him...

i don't know much about feyenoord...but i guess they are a pretty good team...when u r one of the semi final participants, u must be good...but for some reasons, i'd rather see inter play dortmund in the semifinals... :D:D:D coz i want to see rosicky...

I never mean to underestimate Feyenord, but I just relief our players dun have to face Milan which will be a lot tougher and be very intense!

Also resting important player is surely something Cuper would do!We could eliminate Valencia without Vieri,R9,Recoba and C.Zanetti, why not Feyenord?!Again no disrepect to Feyenord but the fact that as always,

Scudetto > AYNTHING!!!

FORZA INTER!!!

I'm glad that we don't play each other in the 1/2 finals for the sake of Italian teams and mainly because we all want to beat Inter in the final of the UEFA Cup!
Just some interesting food for thought to all of you Interisti:
May 11th, 2001: Inter-Milan 0-6
May 08th, 2002: Inter-Milan___

What does that tell you?;)
Anyways, good luck to you Inter, enough just to be in the final so we can give you another memorable lesson of football...

World Be Aware:
Pippo is Back
Rui Costa is finally Rui Costa
Ambro is Back
Sheva will be very soon back
San Paolo will also be back very soon!
And The UEFA Cup will join Milanello!

FORZA MAGICO MILAN!
MILANO, SIAMO NOI!!!!:stuckup::proud::star::star::cool:

look, guys, nobody is underestimating feyenoord. obviously they are a very good team, because they are in the uefa cup semifinal. but the fact remains: inter is the best team remaining in the competition.

(oi, amigo san_siro_1. tudo bem? voltei!)

Glad to see you back Falcao!:)
Tudo bem tambiem?;)

If Inter plays up to their potential, Inter will be in the final. As to whether or not they will win it, that's another story...however, a derby in the final would be a dream, specially if Milan wins it, with the same style as of last year, same period in early may...I don't remember the score anymore, can anyone of you kind souls refresh my memory in here?;):howler::dielaugh:

FORZA MAGICO MILAN!:star::star::cool::proud::stuckup::)

my memory sucks...i can only remember my avatar... :D:D:D

Hilarious! This is priceless Payman. :dielaugh: Do you actually use a year old match as an argument that you would beat us or something? :howler:
Come on! It´s a whole new team, new coach and everything about Inter is improved. You can´t possibly look into that result in the UEFA Cup this year.

One day will come when Milan fans will realize that that match isn´t worth anything in the current stage. It is worth something for history and during that time. But now? No! Is Tardelli our coach?

If we are gonna compare which team that would be the favourite in a potential final,we need to look at this seasons results and form. The last match we won,so I can understand why you think you need to use a year old match as an argument. ;)

Na.... Feyenoord has a crappy defence... and I mean, PSV should have been the team to advance to be honest... but I think we already played our biggest rival to the UEFA CUP, which were Valencia. Inter and Valencia were my favorites from the start... but unfortunately they got to play us in the quaters. Milan u know, I dont really fear... once we get Ronaldo-Vieri back to form, I dont really fair anything football wise...

Against Feyenoord, we will have Super-boy Toldo suspended:

-------------------------A.Fontana--------------------------

J.Zanetti---I.Cordoba------------M.Matrix------V.Gresko

S.Conceicao--L.Di Biagio---------S.Dalmat------A.Recoba

-----------------Ronaldo-----------N.Ventola----------------

This would be the team I would put on april the fourth... I would then predict a 3-0 win... this team can definatly score 3!!!

I agree that all teams that have reached the semi's must be able to play good football. However, the chances of an Italian finale are small imo. Of course Inter has a good chance against Feyenoord if they field their best players, Cuper has made a real team, a unity that is. However the chances of Milan are not that big against Borussia, that is a very dangerous team this year with several quality players. It is the team which have faced little difficulties reaching this stage.

For Milan fans hanging on to history and how well they have played against Inter, just look at the table of Serie A, the story speaks for itself.

PSV is the one who should have advanced:confused:

Anyone who watched both games knows Feyenoord was the much better squad over two legs. PSV only became dangerous after the 1-0 of van Bommel (which was a mi**** and therefore a lucky goal) and Feyenoord fielded 5 attacking players. Even the PSV coach admitted Feyenoord was better.

IF Milan should make it to the final, then it is Inter that will triumph. Why? AC Milan have players i like a lot,but now as i hoped for before the season started,Inter is a TEAM.No more explanation required i think...oh except 1 word......VIERI:) .

I think Inter has got a better team than Feyenoord, but I also think Feyenoord will reach the finals. Yhey have a good chance. Feyenoord has done it well against Italian teams the last years. (2x Lazio Roma, also one match against Juventus: 2-0) Feyenoord now even has got a better team then a few years ago. Only the defense isn't better
I would liked to draw against AC Milan (Inter is more difficult, see the result of AC Milan against Roda JC!), but Inter is the second choice. Borrussia Dortmund is more difficult for Feyenoord, however Feyenoord won against Borrussia in the Champions League last time they met.
It will be difficult but Feyenoord has the power to score when it they need it, like Van Hooijdonk did against SC Freiburg, Glasgow Rangers, PSV

For Feyenoord will play: (i think)

Zoetebier
Emerton, van Wonderen, Paauwe, Rzasa
Kalou, Bosvelt, Ono, van Persie
Tomasson, van Hooijdonk

If Feyenoord plays well, it is possible. So don't underestimate Feyenoord

As a Milan fan, I will be brutally honest: Inter > Milan.

That's not to say we can't beat Inter as history will show but that Inter is the better TEAM this season, more consistent, better teamwork and a striker to frighten the children of defenders around the world.

Still, there is no reason to think why Milan can't play to their level and whip some butt in the UEFA Cup once we regain the 6 or so starters that's out now. The sobering thought is that there's equally no reason to think why we would ever click as a team and not go out 5-0 against Dortmund :depress:

I agree with Jimmy, let the history show the 6-0 derby win to be an amazing day in Milan's history but that's now all over. To think that Milan will do another 6-0 or 4-2 is just being naive.

great news for those who live in the US...fox sports world probably will air INTER vs. Feyenoord (1st leg)...not sure the 2nd leg but maybe they'll show the first leg LIVE...
