FC KOBENHAVN vs FC BARCELONA
Parken Stadion (Copenhaguen) | Tue, Nov 2 | 20:45 CET

Back in the Champions League, we face the Danish Copenhaguen looking for a victory that would almost assure the ticket to the knock out stages in the first position of our group with 2 games to go.

Any result that is not a draw would be good for the team, but a victory would possibly make the team save efforts in the upcoming games and this is why I believe the victory is important in this game. On the other hand, a defeat would just complicate things.

Guardiola can count with all the important players for this game, although we'll see if he uses them all in this game, after the impressive victory against Sevilla last weekend.

We already know our rival. A team with basic but solid ideas that made us suffer in the Camp Nou. The Danish balance the lack of individual talent with an impressive colective effort and tactical work. This is their main danger.

SOM-HI BARÇA!

Last time we played at the Parken, 2-0 win against Brondby in 98/99. :proud:

Could be a tricky encounter but I got a feeling it will be more comfortable then the first match.

If Barca doesn't beat FCK.... I don't think I'll ever forgive them..

We are in desperate need of someone beating them to pieces... I will not accept another 2-0 win... I want a tennis match! 6-0!

Xavi is doubtful for tonight. Midfield would then probably be Masch-Busi-Iniesta.

This is gonna be a very tough match, don't forget last time Copenhagen played in CL they won against both Man U and Celtic, 1-0 and 3-1 as far as I remember. They are very strong at home.

Confirmed lineup:

Valdes
Alves - Pique - Puyol - Abidal
Xavi - Busquets - Keita
Villa - Messi - Iniesta

Bench: Mino, Adriano, Milito, Maxwell, Mascherano, Bojan, Pedro

Rubin - Panathinaikos 0-0.

Which practically means that if we win tonight we mathematically qualify to knock out stage. In that case we would need just one win out of the last two games two guarantee #1 spot.
