Ok everybody...

So who is actually attending any of the WC matches?

I got myself tickets for the Ghana and Oz games...
Paid out my ASS for the OZ game. For that price, could of gone to semi matches so hoping the boys make it worth it!!

Im thinking I can update you guys on must visit places.

This weeks pic:

The Rosebank African Arts and Crafts Market.
Seriously, if youre going to the Joburg matches, visit this place and get some cool stuff. (Masks, Bangles, Artwork, utensils, everything!):

Kurac bre, it would have cost me about £1,000 to get there. Nema sanse I could make it. Instead I will make sure I visit as many Euro Qualifiers as I can.

I will make it to Brazil in 2014 though, thats a promise :)

hahah vuceeh Brazil I AM DEFINITELY GOING, might make a a stop at Machu Pichu in Peru and Columbia. Oh the Brazillian girlsssssss oghhhh ohh :D

It will be in Australia so come down we'll have a few drinks and go on a rampage :D

BRAZIL 2014!!!!

It would be incredibly painful to go to S.A. from the US, especially from all the shit I heard about that place from one of my friends that is a Black South African, and it's just not financially viable. I should graduate in a semester and be making big money to support my dreams of watching a professional football game in a world cup, in BRAZIL will be a boyhood dream come true!

(Be careful in SA :D )

:( i was gonna come but work ****ed me over... ticket prices shouldnt be that expensive as they were about $1300Cdn total last June when i looked into it (which is pretty much the same price as a flight to Serbia) but they might have jacked the prices this year for the World Cup.

2014 world cup is also going to be in "winter". it will still be warm but knowing our luck we will not be playing in Rio or Sao Paulo but in one of the smaller crappier cities :(

2018 ill be 37 years old by then, i might actually in that time have a wife and few legitimate kids

lol, you've been 28/29 for the past 5 years.

Will be at the Germany & Australia matches. Got Brazil v. Ivory Coast, and a couple of other matches too. Best one being a second round match from whoever comes first in the Spanish group v. 2nd from the Brazil/Portugal match.

Also got a ticket to the second round match whoever comes first from our group.

I got Serbia v Ghana which i won't be able to attend, so if anyone is interested in 3 x cost price tickets somehow, give me a yell, as well as 2 x Australia tickets as i'll be going alone to that one. Not sure how the transfers works but yeah.

Not sure what to expect in Africa, heard every horror story imaginable while other seem to claim its he most amazing country ever. Can't wait to see Cape Town really.

I really hope England gets it in 2018...not sure if they will now after that idiot's comments and the Mail (rag of a newspaper) publishing about the Spaniards and Russians conspiring to bribe referees at the world cup this summer.

It would be good to be here, the atmosphere and the vibe would be amazing. I remember Euro 96 and the country was just encapsulated. It was just a shame we didn't participate.

Every country is encapsulated when it comes to a World Cup/Euros. That said England deserves to host it IMO, stadiums are more than ready and the organisation wouldn't be a problem either IMO. We'll see how the Olympics are handled here in 2012.

Yeah give it to another country that has about 3 or 4 sports ahead of football in their country. The only countries who are able to take it away are Spain/Portugal and Russia. I'm not sure why Spain went with a joint bid, FIFA don't like this and surely they could have organised one on their own?

England's stadium infrastructure is brilliant. They could probably host a World Cup tomorrow if need be.

There are issues with trains and transport links but the country is so small in land mass that you can get from Newcastle to Nottingham to London in about 5 hours in your car.

Say we had games in Leeds, Birmingham and Nottingham. Those cities are all one hour within each other.

England can easily hold it, the best place though is Germany IMO. It's just better in everything, infrastructure, travel, even stadia.

Of course but you can't give it to them every year. And anyway, it'd be nice to be able to go to matches without taking any time off.
