good luck roma hope you pull this off.
Other 3 games will be much easier as Parma, Cagliari and Chievo have nothing to play for. Parma is out of EL contention with today's loss.
This is the hardest game left so if you win here it will be a huge step towards winning the tittle .

Sampdoria have such a poor away record especially to the big teams if even Juve can trash them at home Roma should have no problems. They only did good vs Inter, because of the 2 red cards and if they tried harder that game could have won it.
If this was a Sampdoria home game I really wouldnt feel confident about you winning, but since it will be in front of a packed Olimpico who will be very fired up I think the 12th man in this game will give your team a huge boost.

Juices are flowing. Looking for a business-like approach from Raniere and Roma, not a punt and pray. Hoping for Taddei, Menez in middle, Vuci and Totti up front. Forza sempre.

Look at the remaining schedule for Roma and Inter, this is pretty much the title decider. After that both us and Inter play teams with nothing to play for, and this being Seria A, we know how this ends 98% of the time. Only exception is Lazio for Inter, who still have a theoretical chance to get relegated, but it's quite small since Atalanta have a ridiculously tough schedule and are already 6 points behind them.

That said I would not under-rate Chievo or Parma especially. Away from home to those teams. Not very easy.

There are no easy games at this stage. Even Caligari game at home is going to be difficult. We awlays struggle to play against Cheivo away too. As Ranieri said we should take one game at a time and worry about nothing else.

Probable formations from Romanews:

ROMA (4-2-3-1): 27 Julio Sergio; 77 Cassetti, 4 Juan, 29 Burdisso, 17 Riise; 7 Pizarro, 16 De Rossi; 94 Menez, 20 Perrotta, 9 Vucinic; 10 Totti

A disp.: 1 Lobont, 5 Mexes, 11 Taddei, 33 Brighi, 30 Toni, 19 Baptista, 22 Tonetto

SAMPDORIA (4-4-2): 30 Storari; 8 Zauri, 28 Gastaldello, 6 Lucchini, 3 Ziegler; 77 Semioli, 17 Palombo, 16 Poli, 18 Guberti; 10 Pazzini, 99 Cassano

A disp.: 21 Guardalben, 13 Rossi, 22 Cacciatore, 12 Tissone, 20 Padalino, 7 Mannini, 11 Scepovic

Good team I think. Maybe would have started Taddei instead of Perrotta for this game.

Their defense and midfield are average at best. Stopping their attack will be the key to win this. We need a mosnter game from Cassetti and Riise just like in the first game in Genoa. Juan and Burdisso will need a perfect game especially anticipating balls in the air.

Also Storari will be again a headache, he always put his good performance when playing us. I remember a ceratin ridiculous performance by him against us couple of seasons ago when he was at Cagliari. Let's hope he is not wearing the same gloves today.

Well Storari has always been a very good GK. Under-rated by Milan certainly who always preferred the laughable Dida.

Actually I think Samp have a rather good central midfield. Reasonably under-rated. Protect the defence very well and Poli can pass well. Poli is one player I think we should look at in the summer.

Poli seems to have talent and potential no doubt but he is raw at this point. Very raw actaully from the time I've seen him, loses the ball too often and lacks good tactical sense. Palombo is a hard working DM who knows only how to cover and clear but has no good attributes going forward.

The Romanews formation confirmend. Perrotta is starting over Taddei.

We should be fine if Perrotta switch to the side often. Only problem it usually makes him completely uselss offesively.

On a bright note, Taddei has been crucial coming of the bench lately. So we know we have a winning card if we need it. Him and Toni can change the game for us at any point.
