Thanks, good luck in your next games, especially in Serie A. Hope you play the same way you did today after we scored that goal (but this time put the ball in the net). Don't let Juve win the league. Roma is the only the team I like in Serie A. Wait, Let me rephrase. Roma is the only team that i dont hate in Serie A :smileani:Of wolf and Man said:very pissed off with our team and bitter about the match, we should've finished at least one of our chances if not all (Totti, Perrotta and Esposito), but congrats anyway, you deserve the win because of that very fact.
Amr, it´s Juve-style.Amr! said:Is it me or is UTd's attack a tad shittier? when was the last time Utd got accustomed to 1-0 wins?
agreed ..Drito said:Brilliant result, considering the chances that Roma missed. Plus from one angle, it definitely looked liked a penalty that Carrick caused in the box (nowhere near the ball).
Nani is going to be a gem, while great to see Rooney scoring so soon after his injury comeback. We look well on our way to qualify, which hopefully means that in the last 2 games, we can rest our 1st team squad.
.
I agree with ya .sHaHed said:What I'm worried about is the midfield though. Carrick and Scholes are not playing the way they played last season. Hopefully they will also start clicking and will start producing the dominating performances of last season.
Sporting are going to want as much(25.5 M Euros), if not more, than they got for Nani.Kyle said:We should buy Veloso in January, he's something different to what we have, imo
there were some chances which pissed Roma fans off not only Perotta`s chance , like Esposito , Totti ..Deano said:I thought Esposito was unlucky... his shot just missed, even though indeed he should have scored... Im more angry with Perrotta who missed an empty net... not just because he missed this empty net, but its the 3rd empty net in a row he has missed and cost us dearly.
Scholes didnt play well but for me carrick had a good game..not great But good game.....Tactically We didnt get it right..when Roma are playing 2 Dm's and 3 Attacking midfileders,...we have 2 wingers and 2 passing mid fileders....So when Roma have the ball the wingers come inside to support scholes and carrick..So when roma lose the ball we dont have any one wide to give the ball so that we can take advantage....Mutu said:Interesting game.
Roma deserve respect simply because of how they try to play the game. They don't have the best collection of players but they play some great stuff. Basically, they attacked well enough to have at least gotten a draw out that match. I mean, Esposito :groan:
Had Pizarro started, maybe they would've.
United struggled to attack as a unit like they have all season. Rooney, for whatever reason wasn't really dropping of Saha when he really should've been. When he did get the ball is was pretty terrible. Obviously he scored the goal, but aside from that he was pretty poor.
Carrick and Scholes struggled yet again simply due to the fact that none of the front four fancied coming deep to collect the ball.
Roma should not be disheartened, they played well.
Agreed, none of our CMs have a ponytail.Kyle said:We should buy Veloso in January, he's something different to what we have, imo
