Thanks, good luck in your next games, especially in Serie A. Hope you play the same way you did today after we scored that goal (but this time put the ball in the net). Don't let Juve win the league. If we look at most of the team`s attacks or chances are built by the wingers Nani or Ronaldo more than Carrick and Scholes . May the sir wants from them or give them more defensive roles or there is really a drop in their level a little bit . nothing prominent they have produced .

Interesting game.
Roma deserve respect simply because of how they try to play the game. They don't have the best collection of players but they play some great stuff. Basically, they attacked well enough to have at least gotten a draw out that match. I mean, Esposito :groan:
Had Pizarro started, maybe they would've.
United struggled to attack as a unit like they have all season. Rooney, for whatever reason wasn't really dropping of Saha when he really should've been. When he did get the ball is was pretty terrible. Obviously he scored the goal, but aside from that he was pretty poor.
Carrick and Scholes struggled yet again simply due to the fact that none of the front four fancied coming deep to collect the ball.
Roma should not be disheartened, they played well.

I thought Esposito was unlucky... his shot just missed, even though indeed he should have scored... Im more angry with Perrotta who missed an empty net... not just because he missed this empty net, but its the 3rd empty net in a row he has missed and cost us dearly.

Scholes didnt play well but for me carrick had a good game..not great But good game.....Tactically We didnt get it right..when Roma are playing 2 Dm's and 3 Attacking midfileders,...we have 2 wingers and 2 passing mid fileders....So when Roma have the ball the wingers come inside to support scholes and carrick..So when roma lose the ball we dont have any one wide to give the ball so that we can take advantage....Mutu said:

But nani came broke the defense on 2 ocassions when he delevered agreat ball to Rooney and rooney missed the volley..he should have scored nani took 2 defenders with him and rooney was unmarked.......
Rio had a good game and he put one great tackle....also totti's chance Kuszak did very well he made it difficult fot totti...all in all it was a nice game....still think that we need to get tactically right if we are to win this competetion......Owen is going to be very IMp for us....

@Mutu: They would have been overran in the middle if they
played Pizarro from the start.
Whats going on with Scholes btw, he was slowing the play down
so much, this isnt the same ginger prince I used to know...
Also Rooney WTF was he doing, all night he was hanging around
in useless positions and not supporting Saha, the only time he got
in a dangrous area he scored the only goals...
