Un grup de şase suporteri ai României din Chicago, conduşi Gabriel Blaga, care susţin echipa naţională oriunde evoluează aceasta, au fost prezenţi şi la Piatra-Neamţ. Ei au asistat şi la meciul de la Rotterdam şi au venit cu aceeaşi maşină, un Lincoln tapetat cu imagini ale echipei din "Generaţia de Aur" (foto). Si asa dezamagit de rezultatul meciului Bulgaria – Albania, scor 0-0, selectionerul Hristo Stoicikov a fost nevoit sa suporte gluma unor reporteri de la o televiziune din România. Site-ul www.sport1.bg scrie ca imediat dupa meci, Stoicikov a primit din partea romanilor o mamaliga. Selectionerul bulgar nu a gustat gluma si a cerut fortelor de ordine sa intervina. Stoicikov, insotit de singura sa fiica, s-a urcat in automobilul personal si a demarat in tromba, a mai scris sursa citata.

congratulations to romania on making it to the euros (given they beat their direct rivals belarus)
and you guys should have just beaten us at home and kill of our pathetic hopes.....
you can start celebrating from now as you got the easiest group and qualifying for the Euros.

It seems that GSP appreciated Zicu´s performance. I sincerely didn´t think the chances he missed were a big deal. The one in the goal line was going in and Goian stopped it, and i even think that the ball crossed the line completely.
I don´t know how he would´ve worked against Holland cause we needed every player helping in defence in that game, but as long as he keeps his form he can be a good option.
About Contra, i think he was great against Holland, and apparently today aswell. That´s one for Piturca there, altougfh Ogararu should be in the squad for sure.

Hey maybe the "Armenia" episode "The Sequel" goes to Bulgaria perhaps? p I dont want to say anything too soon, but Slovenia scares me. I remember crying for a good few hours then being depressed for the next year after losing to them. Oh dont get me started. :frustrat:
