the intention to commit (not the best translation but ...) doesnt have to be established 1st. I think 1st question is - is there a crime? Was he lying? Only then you can talk about his intention to commit it, motives, etc.
Ah, you took it seriously.

I was hoping for a Gene Wilder 'see no evil, hear no evil' reply. :D

"How can we have mensrea? We've always used condoms!"

Pulsar, you know I was referring to Cacini
Congratulations Cacini. You got the approval of bernmilan1 of your posting on an online forum. You know, I don't really want to insult him or his opinion- others think the same as well.

But I do want to focus on your greatness- a real life achievement, having the approval of many people on an online forum. Perhaps you can put it on your resume! :)

Yes.

And I admit it, I found that sentence slightly interesting, but I wouldn't write my theory off that quickly. I believe in it.
You believing in it should be adequate grounds for dismissing it already.

No really, what theory? :D

Seriously, this thread is going too far. It looks like the day of reckoning. For what? This is a forum of football fans, nothing more. The banter is ok, but heavy personal attacks should be avoided and indeed are against the rules.

Personal little vendettas against Cacìni are against the rules as well.

I suppose you refer to Al Capone? The man who always makes one hell of a cry-scene out of personal disagreements on XT, who always starts complaining if anyone questions him, but just can't stay away from doing that stuff himself. :) We've seen plenty of examples of that. Not that it bothers me honestly. I tend to do the same things, but at least I never claim to be one who never goes against individuals on this forum.

I disagree
I think he's one of the best posters in XT

that is certainly true for most cacini posts that I have seen. Which is rare thing at XT - few can come up with his high % of quality posts to be honest. But we all have garbage too, or just too much fun ;)

The entire thread to you might be banter, but it was started with the intention of a heavy personal attack. If you want to jar in the ring, then don't cry when others hit back at you. Simple. If he can't take it, then don't dish it out.

I never said that I don't go against individuals on the forums. Yet I do respond to personal banter with more of the same- personal banter. Simple. The golden rule. I'm sure you heard of it.

If Cacini is going to act like a cry baby b/c of what is here in this thread, then he shouldn't have started this personal attack on another poster in the first place. And notice how it is his friends at the end like you and Toni who are sticking up for him. Realize what he has done before defending him against personal attacks. And speaking of personal vendettas, seems like you show up everytime I post around Xtratime attacking me as well. You got one with me?
