Hi Czar. This one is too technical for me. It's about the operation on Hernan Crespo. Could you help?

Otro que está casi con un pie afuera es Hernán Crespo. El delantero tiene una desviación en el tabique nasal y, como es alérgico, esto le produce algunas molestias.

The article refers to the fact that Crespo will most likely miss the Copa America (un pie afuera=one foot out) Crespo has a nasal problem due to allergies, that is causing him some discomfort and an operation is likely.

thanks Czar. I'm still trying to figure out if una desviación en el tabique nasal is something that happened from an injury or is something he has always had.

whatever it is, he probably won't be going to the Copa America now
