luton did superbly well this season and they owe it to newell and the board IMO. the board overlooked a fans vote to reinstate joe kinnear and appointed mike newell. look what he's done and where Kinnear has taken forest too.

we came 2nd to them and i cannot hide the fact that there could be no other team this season i would be happier to come 2nd to than luton

Not long and we play at Kenilworth Road. Maybe we can get above them after that game, would be good. But the uncle or another relative of a mate of mine is a Hatters fan, so I like it when they do well. But not better than QPR ;)

Luton might go the way Plymouth did last season, surprise everyone and start really well, then as the season goes on they get found out, and drop down the league a bit, though Luton look a better side than Plymouth did.

But is was an amazing game. I have just watched it and it was an incredible cup fight. One of those games to remember in a few years. And what a great atmosphere there was.

what a great game !!! 5th goal of Liverpool (Xabi Alonso) from 50 meters it was cool, and goal of Gerrard was cool as well :thmbup:

Tough league game away at Wlves now for Luton, they will do well to get something out of that one.

2-1 for the Wolves. Luton equalized ten mins before the end but in the 88th minute Ince scored for the home team.

I would have been more happy with a draw, but it´s ok, I´ve predicted it correctly :)
