Its not everyone but its damn close. Last time I was there (2 summers ago) all the guys my age were wearing tight capri pants that end right under the knee and those sleeveless club shirts that are skin tight. The mullet was also the style of choice.Evil 37 said:

Well the only people who wear capri in the states are chicks (and posh ones at that) and those sleeveless shirts I saw were... effeminate to say the least...
And I saw this everywhere. During the day on ferries on the street and at night definitely these "kangoures" were all over the place.
