A great honour for our young superstar who was invited to replace Berkovic in the peace game between Barcelona and an Israeli/Palestinian team next week. Melikson vs. Ronaldinho, I like the sound of that.

Me too... it's funny, he says he still has legs trembling before matches in Teddy, I wonder how he'll feel in Camp Nou. Melikson is our star and soul, hopefully he can make some cool assist there.

I heard Kashtan will be there too, not sure if as the only coach or co-coach together with a Palestinian (maybe Azmi Nasser?)

OK I want us to use this thread specifically for the performance of both players. What will they do tonight? Asulin said 'no way I'm leaving Barcelona without putting a goal'. :D

They look quite happy in there

happy......they look a bit more nervous then happy....kind of confused..especially Asulin, btw i think the score is still 0-0 and the end of the first half is coming up
What a boring game. :D Davidovich is great though. Hopefully Lior and Maor will show them what it's like in the second half.

Well Asulin should have definitely scored that chance....Melikson could have passed the ball instead of trying to score but who can blame him :)

I loved that moment when he got past Puyol leaving him on the ground :D

Asulin said he wouldn´t leave Barcelona without scoring he really had an incredible chance with the goal at his mercy after a great pass from Baruch Dego. Melikson could have passed that ball, but when he tried to shoot the ball slipped a bit.

Technically speaking the game wasn´t high level. A few good plays. Specially from Deco in the second half. In the first half the peace team had defense, but no attack. In the second half things inverted when Dego, Asulin and Melikson were introduced giving a chance for counter-attack.

im just saying about the pics...

and yea...Israel did have alot of chances...to bad we couldnt capitalized :(

You can't learn much from this game, he wasn't coaching alone and second off he probably had no idea about the abilities of the Palestinian guys.

How many people attended this game and was there any scouts?
