Let me explain you something: in the make believe world where billionaires are nice and the little "poor" people get their money I assume the streets are also made of chocolate and street lights of candy cane. In the real world, its a DOG EAT DOG WORLD. Bla bla Bla bla Bla bla Bla bla Bla bla Bla bla Bla bla Bla bla Bla bla Bla bla

Your lawyer language bores me to death, I only the read the first sentence and I fall into a coma. Dont come to XT and try to kill us with BORING language.

Stop manipulating posts, anyone can do it. I have looked and Djet and Erotic's posts and deary me, it seems someone tampered with them. I know people in this forum kiss you arse and call you Queen aim and shit, but stop being a little hypocrit

I noticed Verdi, Erotic, Cam only came here to debate but you guys insist on ridiculing them and acting like assholes. You cannot debate your point so you descend the whole thing into a disrespect.

Enough said good luck with Gila

You mean educated language? Is it the same way school, books and world events bore you..ok "FUTURE" you can go back to your PS2.
It seems like you guys want to DISH OUT the 'boring' talk giving us all this GIANT insight on "the real procedures" in Italy and the way THINGS REALLY ARE. However, once you are corrected you say don't want to talk about it.
If the other Parma posters didn't make erroneous claims on the so-called corruption trial you wouldn't have to hear the 'boring talk'.

Please..

When a guy comes here telling us a bankruptcy proceeding is actually a corruption trial because of our owner then I think you have to re-examine who is being ridiculous.

Read his posts again, he said this was part of the bankruptcy procedure, IF any irregularity were to be found then it could lead to a corruption trial. And don’t give me educated bullshit I have a PHD as well. It is just that that language was so boring; you used 1000 words when you could have used 10.

And you talk about maturity and end your post with the catchphrase "Please" like an adolescent girl.

In simple economics term aim, prices increased as quantity demanded increased. Of the offers Parma received for Gilardino, Milan offered the highest bid and naturally won Gila's signature. The fact that Gila's preference is to play for Milan is secondary.

A picture paints a thousand words, and a graph explains economics theories better than a 50-page essay.

So chelsea never made an offer? You must be a little confused...when Gilardino comes out and says he will either sign for Milan or play out his contract with Parma and leave for free that doesnt become secondary..an ultimatum is a little different then a preference.

First a tabloid journalist, then a Ph.D.! I'm impressed. :eekani: Shame you can't even get your abbreviation right though.

I'll be cheering your lovely team right down to Serie C2.

Pretty Hard Dick as well :rollani:

But Ruffiani your amatuer mistake makes me laugh, your confusing me with Erotic :embarass:

In Ruffian's defense, it seems to me that you are the one misunderstanding him. He was simply referring to the strong group of Parma fans. First a journalist, then a PHD. Where did you get the idea that he was talking about just one person?

On another note, I wish your team good luck. :)

See this is why we dont like Milan fans, this is a typical post:

Gilardino is ours, we own him, your team no power, you guys stink and so forth and it ends with

But I wish your team luck next season (like that erases all the previous insults)

I call it the Milan technique, well guys we are clued up now, no more rubbish tricks ;)

You don't have to like me, and as a matter of fact, I don't like most Parma fans here, :fero: including many "famous" ones. I am very serious on that. :yuck:

Why don't you read carefully what I wrote? I wish YOUR TEAM good luck. I have watched Parma play since PARMA AC came to Serie A in early 1990s. I happen to care for Parma too, although my ONLY team is MILAN :proud: :proud: .

Did I ever throw one piece of insult to your team? Prove it. Where the fvck did you get the idea, I wonder. :googly: I was with PARMA fans in PARMA forum when PARMA FC was playing both legs with Bologna. I did want good things happen to Parma.

And you call Ruffian the one that can't read...

Man that post made me laugh me so much, the rage and emotion in it is great to read, did I hit a nerve?

Ok I am not going generalise Milan fans, you supported us against Bologna it is appreciated, you had a soft spot for us, againt truely appreciated.

But my beef was not with you, it was Ruffian and Diavolo who I had a problem with, and the Milan technique was not a reference to you but to them, they always do that :D

So no hard feelings bro, I am happy you were a gialloblu in 18-6-05 ;)

I didn't confuse either of you, although you're equally boring. First a visit from a so-called tabloid sports journalist -- aim  did quite a job on him, so much so that he left our forum in haste and disgrace -- then a visit from you, an alleged Ph.D. who can't tell the difference between "your" and "you're".

cxd seems to be able to read and understand posts. He must have four Ph.D.'s. :eekani:

Serie C2 for you, amateur. Remember that.

Quite frankly we never quite really exchanged posts
Matter of fact, if you check my history within your Forum, I have cheered for Parma all year long, both in Seria A as in the UEFA Cup, my posts speak for me; furthermore, not so long ago, in order not to offend Parma fans, I even closed a thread on the Gila tranfer cause the season was not over yet, if you don't believe me, with the search tool you can easily find all these posts.

Well in that case. YOUR WRONG "Amigo".
A bankruptcy proceeding is examing the trustee and not the offeree. If the trustee's offer is deemed to be unreasonable then it is rejected on the court's motion.
The only other option is to motion the court to dismiss the bankruptcy trustee. Even this is not a crime.
There is no corruption since the court's role is limited to bankruptcy proceedings.
Having a PHD does not mean you know the difference between bankruptcy proceedings and a criminal prosecution.

P.S. I could have used TEN words if I was speaking to someone who had a vague notion of the legal world..that was not the case.
P.S.S. You set the bar on 'adolescent' statements when you decided to call comments ridiculous.

I don't have any problem with you either; actually, I don't remember that I have any problem with any Parma fan on an individual basis. Not that I like them, it is only because that English is not my first language, it takes me time to write and make myself understood, let alone keeping myself cool when a debate is heated up, which often happens.

I clearly remember that BOTH Diavolo and Ruffian congratulated Parma RIGHT AFTER your big victory. [The following could be somewhat biased as I speak from my position as a Milan fan, but that's how I see and understand things. If you happen to disagree, please bear with me.] I think Parma fans have been quite fairly treated in our forum. On the contrary, our members are often told to "fvck off" or "STFU" even if they are talking rather humbly. Ask Ruffian. I could go on digging up to support myself, yet I guess there is no desperate need for that. It is not only time and energy consuming, but also not healthy. It is time to let go.

It kind of reminds me of Lazio fans who were very pissed off after we secured Nesta's service. I understood their pain. But I am a Milan fan, what honestly do you expect me to do? Not to mention I am a nobody, even if I did have almighty power, I would not order Galliani to return him to Lazio just to heal broken hearts. This is sports, where competition is harsh and inevitable.

Some Roma fans hated us so badly that they put vicious cursing titles above their avatars, in the season where they were fighting with us for Scudetto. Time has changed that. They are feeling much better already. I can't deny that there are still some out there hating us to death, but that's another case. That's because people do certain things, stupid or clever, under certain circumstances. And I always believe that we should not say something or do something that we will surely regret later on.

You are unhappy with Gilardino episode. I completely understand your feelings. But you will feel better, and I can assure you of that. You may never feel completely all right, but 'better'. Just like our defeats in Munich, in Athen, in Istanbul.. They will never completely go away, but I am not as sad as I was.

A team has good time and bad time. Parma was a big name around 10 years ago, splashing big money on the markets; but when Parma is at such a dire situation such as current time, maybe a true fan can do is to face the music and hope for the best. I don't see going around and belittling others is a nice way though.

I still wish Parma good luck, after all, I have been with Parma for all its tenure in Serie A (and counting), that's something really special and definitely worth cherishing. I can't even do that to Milan, my own team. To me, Parma is like a baby as I watched them from their birth, so I have no hate towards Parma. As can often be seen on funny family video tapes, if a baby (assuming that it is not an evil baby) kicks you in your groin, what will you do? You will say "it is just a baby". That's how I feel about Parma, and I hope and believe you won't be offended by that statement.

I appreciate the great work done by Galliani to bring us Gilardino, the future of Italy, though that is something bitter for Parma supporters to swallow. There is no point discussing how evil he was or is, the truth is, we Milan fans certainly are not to blame. You honestly believe that Ruffian is the reason that Gilardino left Parma and that Erotic4Parma was so close to keep the deal from happening?

I sincerely hope that Parma fans can have bigger hearts, though I have no control over anything. As it is no use crying over spilt milk, why not let it go. Or better, we can join forces and target Juventus, the only eternal evil. :D

Excellent post

Ok I have nothing against Milanista, ME, Erotic, Verdi, Cam we did not like the way Galliani played the whole episode, we all knew that Gila would leave we wanted the entire thing to be professional.

Not setting up deadline, making the player turn against Parma, using connections etc . . . . But I dont have a problem with Milan fans anymore :D

Glad to hear that. That's some sweet payoff to my work. ;)

Darn it, I should never write another a long piece anymore. It tires me out. :D How could Haroon do that, and, OFTEN? :D
