What was AaFK's two results against Rosenborg last time they were in the TL?
Aalesund lost both matches. First away to Rosenborg, 0-1. Towards the end of the match we almost got an equaliser by Johnny Hansen, but unfortunately he missed on the gigantic opportunity. We lost 0-2 at Kråmya. I couldn't go to the match because my cousin got married that day. Rosenborg was better in that match than at Lerkendal.

Captain and central defender Christian Steen got injured during training yesterday, and will not play the match on saturday against Odd Grenland. Paulo Dos Santos on the other hand seems close to full fitness, while Morten Moldskred is also getting close to match form. Oddbjørn Lie and Karl Oskar Fjørtoft both have a cold, and are the only players not training at all.

Grats on the win :)

Not exactly well deserved, but it was fun :) And a very nice stadium as well :)
AaFK played very well in the first half, kinda surprised me. Hope they can keep it up and maybe remain in the tippeliga. The second half was awful, but went better when Aarøy was subbed out.

It was quite even in chances overall, and AaFK had two shots in the bar, so I wouldn't say that it was undeserved, but it could easily have gone both ways.

I will post my match report tomorrow. I've already written over 900 words, but I need to look it over and add/change some things tomorrow.

It's been a long, but wonderful day. Top of the league! :)

I didn't say it was undeserved either, I said it wasn't well deserved. And I agree with you, it was fairly equal when it came to chances, but Odd should maybe have had a penalty, and they had full control for 43 mins in the second half. Which clearly isn't enough :p

Congratulations to Aalesund on beating Odd Grenland in their first game at the new stadium

And a big crowd of 10 615 to boot!

Judging by the scores in the "Poengliga", Aalesund can count themselves very lucky that they have won the game. Olsen equalised after 89 minutes before Hoseth scored in the last minute to snatch victory for Aalesund.

You guys can count yourselves very lucky after this victory over Odd, and your temporary position at the top of teh table is perhaps not a deserved one, although you did dod well to fight back against a very average Odd side.

Ham-Kam have the chance to go top if they can beat Tromsø and so will Start if they can pull off a victory away at Molde (which they will!), and already teh game that coudl decide the challenger to Rosenborg - VIF v Brann. Defeat for Vålerenga would mean two defeats from two, not exactly championship winning form.

There is no offical "poengliga" or anything like it which rates the individual players. It's just based on one person's view, and if you are thinking about VG.no's ratings, I consider those very flawed for this match. Certainly they were too low, and didn't manage to show the difference between the players, or the equality in the match. Further, I disagree that Odd is a very average side. They have consistently performed well in the Tippeligaen, and it's too early to tell if they will do good or bad this season. Most experts rate them around the middle of the table, which by promoted teams like AaFK's and Start's standards are anything but poor or average. If Palace beat Aston Villa in the Premier League, it's a strong result.

Aalesunds FK - Odd Grenland - 2-1

AaFK pulled off an amazing comeback to win 2-1 over Odd Grenland in the Norwegian top league on saturday, ahead of more than 10.000 spectators. Adin Brown was voted man of the match after a brilliant performance.

AaFK opened up their new stadium Color Line Stadion with this match, and the festivities started five hours before the match. The city was full of excited people, partying in clubs or on the streets, singing AaFK songs. Three hours before the match started, a parade of thousands of people moved towards the stadium while singing and chanting. Even after two decades as an AaFK fan, this was a unique experience for me. It was part of making the day into an incredible experience.

Finally the match was underway and it was the visitors Odd Grenland that had the most inspired start to the first half. After four minutes, Odd striker Espen Hoff shot over Brown and the goal from short range. A couple of minutes later the visitors got three corners on a row. On the second corner Odd midfielder Tchoyi made a brilliant effort to fool Brown, but the keeper saved shot beautifully. A couple of smaller chances followed in the next ten minutes, and it seemed as if it was Odd that was going to dominate the match.

That’s when the AaFK players woke up. Especially Joakim Austnes took a large responsibility with his deep demanding runs into the Odd defence. Fourteen minutes into the match, Brown made a long pass from the back, Aarøy jumped up to head it onwards to Hoseth, who cooly sent it further to aforementioned Austnes. He sent off a clever shot past Odd keeper Holtan, but unfortunately the shot hit the bar.

Three minutes later, AaFK were in attack again. Rune Johansen got the ball, and from eleven meters he sent off a canon of a shot. Odd keeper Holtan just barely got a few fingers on it, enough to hit it into the top bar. Rune Johansen looked like he couldn't believe what had happened..

AaFK completely dominated the match at this time. After 28 minutes, Eirik Hoseth got a massive chance. Gudmundsson sent a long pass from defence, Aarøy again was there on the header, and Hoseth only had to take it down and send it into the goal, but with a slightly bad touch, he crashed with the keeper before he managed to shoot the ball.

For about half an hour of the first half it was all about AaFK, but then they let Odd back into the match. After forty minutes Bent Inge Johnsen sent in a long cross in front of the AaFK goal, and Oliver Occean was there on a header to make it 1-0 for Odd Grenland. Adin Brown didn’t have a chance on the beautiful header, that was placed in the far corner of the goal. Odd had a small chance more, before the half faded out.

AaFK had dominated the half, but both teams created many chances. At the time I felt the goal was a robbery, but after then seeing the match taped from tv afterwards, I had to admit that the goal came after a beautiful attack, and Odd had enough chances in the first half to score a goal. However, their lead was not deserved at this time, and AaFK should definetly have managed to put one of those huge chances into goal.

The second half had barely started before Odd cried for a penalty. A hard shot hit AaFK player Aarøy’s hand. One could say that the ball seeked the hand, but the hand was also in a very strange position. The referee called it no penalty. A shame for Odd, that could have seized the absolute control of the match there. The referee, which is Norway's most famous coach said after the match that he stuck by his position, and that the ball did indeed seek the hand.

In the 48th minute, Odd got their biggest chance. Oliver Occean made a fantastic header after a cross, but Brown was down like a tiger to save it. Fantastic save.

In he 50th minute, two AaFK players, Peter Werni and Rune Johansen, crashed into eachother. This paused the match for five minutes, as Werni was brought out on a stretcher. Morten Moldskred came in as a substitute, and AaFK had to make certain tactical changes.

Odd was dominating, but failed to keep up a proper pressure. The match went into a period with few proper chances, and a lot of Odd passing from player to player. In the 74th minute, M’Baye came in for Aarøy, and Olsen came in for Austnes. Despite a couple of small Odd chances shortly after that, the momentum was quickly changing to AaFK.

In the 88th minute, AaFK got a corner. It was beautifully taken by Stian Johnsen, after the ball had been with both Melland and Moldskred shortly, it landed with Lasse Olsen, who on a hard volley crushed the ball into the net from 10 meters range. 1-1

Shortly afterwards, in the 90th minute, M’Baye had a beautiful run up the field. Eventually he gave a magnificient pass to Erik Hoseth on the 5 meter line, who only had to push the ball into the net, 2-1 for AaFK. They had turned the match, and as a result, the stadium literally exploded with cheers and happy faces.

AaFK played smart in the dying minutes of the match, going on long runs in attack with a lot of possession. The referee blew the whistle, and AaFK and Adin Brown had gotten three extremely valuable points.

Both teams had periods where they dominated the play, AaFK for long periods of the first half, and perhaps for an even longer time, Odd in periods of the second half. The chances were fairly equally distributed, and it was only very bad luck that AaFK hadn't scored until the dying minutes. Scoring two goals in such a short time was lucky, but scoring two goals in the whole match was not. The result was not undeserved, but the match could easily have gone both ways.

Goalkeeper: Adin Brown 8
Absolutely stunning performance. Both Holtan for Odd, and Brown for AaFK, saved their teams in this match full of big chances. Brown pulled out a few spectacular saves, and was flawless throughout the match.

Right Back: Herman Ekeberg 5
Herman could have gotten a better grade. He was solid when he was really tested in defence, and he had a couple of nice offencive moves. Unfortunately he wasn't visible enough. In periods of the match, he hardly touched the ball at all.

Central Defender: Haraldur Gudmundsson 6
Despite a couple of bad passes forward, he had a great match. He nearly got an assist on a long pass to Eirik Hoseth, and dominated the box on corners and deadballs, or whenever Odd was dangerous in attack.

Central Defender: Peter Werni 5
Werni didn't make any big mistakes, but he didn't show much authority in the position either. A decent performance until he got injured.

Left Back: Bjørn Erik Melland 4
Melland does not seem to be in the form he has been in the past two season. Often insecure in defence, and completely invisible in attack.

Right Wing: Joakim Austnes 6
An very strong first half from Austnes. Vital offensive runs, dribblings into the box, good crosses, and very unlucky not to score. He would have been my pick for "Man of the first half." A second half where he got more and more left out of the play pulls down a bit from a still impressive performance. (very close to a 7)

DCM: Trond Fredriksen 6
Another strong match from Fredriksen who seems to have found the right form at the right time. A few really beautiful passes forward, and solid defensive work. For a better rating he would have had to be even stronger offensive. He should help lift the midfield, but instead manages to keep AaFK a very strong team in defence.

CM: Rune Johansen 5
Johansen fights for the team and the jersey, and fans love that. He is slowly becoming a fan favourite. He still has a lot to work on though, and his offensive creativity is perhaps the main skill he needs to improve.

CM: Eirik Hoseth 6
Hoseth did some very important work for AaFK in this match. Kept the ball a lot, created freekicks, created many chances, and eventually scored the important winning goal.

Left Wing: Stian Johnsen 5
At times Johnsen was dominating his wing. Strong runs and crosses. Unfortunately he only shined at times, and disappeared a lot of the other time.

Striker: Tor Hogne Aarøy 5
Aarøy started with losing his first 4-5 duels, but then hardly lost another duel in the rest of the match. Not strong enough in front of goal, but vital in helping the other players.

Sub: Morten Moldskred 3
Disastrous match for what was possibly AaFK's most popular player. He just came back from a longtime injury, which probably had a lot to do with it. He hardly touched the ball though, and it was a disappointing performance from Morten.

Sub: Abdoulaye M'Baye 6
Came in for Aarøy, and was vital in turning the match around. Was directly responsible for the second goal. Impressive, but didn't play long enough to get a better grade.

Sub: Lasse Olsen 5
Scored the first goal, and had some decent runs on the wing. Hopefully this marks the start of a rise in form for Olsen.

Orange,

Do you know when Paulo Dos Santos joined AAFK, and can you provide a little bit of background on his time with the club: is he a starter, how he's done for the club, etc.?

I'm doing an article that's going to mention in part his time with the club, and was hoping to get a bit of background information.

Thanks,

Evan

Paulo Dos Santos joined AaFK in in the year 2000 from Boston Bulldogs. He had previously played for Rhode Island Stingrays, Connecticut Wolves and New England Revolution. He came to Norway for the first time in connection with a Boston Bulldogs visit to Ålesund. Norwegian-American Reidar Tryggestad had interests in both clubs, and arranged both the visit, and the transfer of Dos Santos.

When he came he was out of shape, and lacked the stamina for playing full matches even on the third highest level in Norway, that AaFK was playing in at the time. He came in at the end of the matches, and showed his brilliant technique. He was however not an important factor to the promotion that season.

By the start of the next season (2001), AaFK was on the second highest level, Paulo made a much larger impact from the very start of the season. He was in better shape, and his technique was really paying off during the matches. AaFK finished 6th (out of 14), and he was one of the better players in the team.

In 2002, AaFK had their best season of their then 88 year long history, with promotion to the Norwegian top league for the first time. Paulo was probably the best AaFK player that season, and had several really outstanding matches. As an offensive midfielder, he kept the team in attack, and supplied the strikers with elegant passes. The pace in the division seemed all too easy for him. What an improvement he had made in two season. At that time I was certain that he was going to be a dominating player even in the top league. Around this time, he made his debut for his national team, the Cape Verde Islands.

Finally ready for the top league (Tippeligaen 2003), with only weeks to go, Dos Santos got the worst injury of his career. When he finally came back two months into the season he started off slowly, and didn't perform well until another month into the season. It was his worst season at the club, but I would blame it mostly on the injury, and not on the higher level of quality of the other teams (compared to the season before). AaFK got relegated in the last minute of the season, and the team and Dos Santos was back on the second highest level.

In 2004 AaFK had a solid season, dominating the division together with Start all season. Eventually they got promoted. Dos Santos played an important part in the team, but was nowhere near as dominating as he had been in the 2002 season.

Ahead of the 2005 season, back on the highest level (Tippeligaen 2005), Dos Santos again got injured just ahead of the season. This time the injury is much smaller than in 2003 though, and he is expected back this coming weekend. Hopefullly he will have a stunning season. If he's in top shape I expect him to get a lot of playing time, but AaFK has also gotten stronger over the years, and securing a place in the team is more difficult. On top of that, the club now has three non-EU players, and can only include two in the matchday squad at any time. This rule might change to three soon, but it hasn't yet (the other two players are M'Baye and Brown). Paulo is a fan favourite, and AaFK fans hope that his return will lift the club to even greater levels.

Ham-Kam – Aalesund 2-1

Ham-Kam beat Aalesund 2-1 in a hard fought encounter at Briskeby. After Ham-Kam dominated the first half, it was Aalesund that took charge in the second. In the end, only a missed penalty separated the teams.

On a miserable pitch, both managers agreed that it would be a battle for the strong and powerful, and not for those with technique and finesse as their trademark. The match lived up to their expectations. Three times AaFK players went down after a punch, as Hamar obviously would give nothing away for free.

In the third minute, Adin Brown without hesitation brought down Petter Vaagan Moen. Not Brown’s finest moment, as a goal in that situation seemed unlikely. Hamar’s Jan Michaelsen sent Brown the wrong way on the penalty, and Ham-Kam was leading 1-0.

Less than three minutes later, a hands by Ham-Kam’s Olsen on an AaFK corner, meant that Aalesund were rewarded a penalty. Rune Johansen sent the keeper the wrong way, but missed the goal by a few centimeters. This was when AaFK completely lost the grip on the match.

For the next 25 minutes, it was all about Ham-Kam, and Adin Brown had to pull out several good saves to keep the team into the match. Ham-Kam even had the ball in the net once, as Vaagan Moen threw himself forward to head a cross into the goal, but the referee had already blown for an AaFK free kick. The player of the half together with team mate Abiodun, and Brown.

AaFK then made some in-team changes, Austnes from the right wing to the left wing, Hoseth from the left wing to striker, and Olsen from striker to right wing. The change seemed to do wonders for the team, as they grabbed the momentum away from Hamar. Moldskred came in for Austnes at the beginning of the second half, and helped AaFK take charge. Despite high possession, the team seemed unable to cash in on their chances.

In the 81st minute, Ham-Kam got a free kick close to the corner flag. A brilliantly put cross from Michaelsen, towards Peter Sørensen who headed it further over to Olawasegun Abiodun, who headed over Brown from short range.

AaFK then went straight into attack, and Moldskred was brought down outside the box. A nicely executed free kick from Rune Johansen followed. He sent a long ball towards Aarøy, who headed it past Ham-Kam keeper Eddie Gustafsson with ease.

A few minutes later another Aarøy header hit the bar, as AaFK were pushing for the equalizer. It was not to be though, and Ham-Kam finished 2-1 winners.

Paulo Dos Santos is injury free, but did not travel with the team for the match. The reason for this, is that both M'Baye and Brown were going to play.

Next week, AaFK welcome Brann to their Color Line Stadion.

Adin Brown 6
A relatively good performance, but I question his performance on the second goal, as well as causing the penalty on the first. Several good saves makes up for most of it.

Herman Ekeberg 5
As always, Herman pulls of solid match. Not spectacular or brilliant in any way, but reliable and safe.

Haraldur Freyr Gudmundsson 6
Another strong match for Halli. I didn't see him make a single mistake.

Bjørn Erik Melland 4
A few mistakes again from Melland, who seems to be having a poor season. He made one terribly huge mistake by letting a Hamar player past him way too easily, which left him just in front of the keeper. But Melland then followed the player into the box, and tackled him perfectly just before the shot.

Stian Dagfinn Johnsen 6
He showed great initiative through the whole match, and did more positive things than any of the other AaFK players.

Joakim Austnes 3
Poor, poor match from Austnes. He was by far the biggest disappointment at Hamar. Was correctly subbed out after the first half.

Rune Johansen 5
Johansen went from poor to brilliant, to poor to brilliant against Hamar. He missed a penalty, had some bad passes, but worked hard throughout the match, and was vital to the regaining of the momentum that AaFK managed in the second half.

Trond Fredriksen 5
Perhaps the most unstable match Trond has played this season. He had a couple of sloppy passes, but ran more than anyone during the full 90 minutes.

Eirik Hoseth 5
Hoseth seems to be in good form, and it was a shame that he was substituted. He scored in both the first matches, and might have done so on sunday as well. He creates free-kicks, keeps the ball in attack, so that the team can move up, and has nice dribbles. The bad thing was that he got a yellow card for filming.

Lasse Olsen 4
Another less than average match from Olsen. He doesn't seem to be friends with the ball, and I hope he can produce more in the future.

Tor Hogne Aarøy 5
A poor first half pulls down, but he was working hard and producing chances in the second.

Subs:
Morten Moldskred 6
Played a full half, and finally seemed back in shape. I hope he keeps it up, because Morten did a fine job. I didn't see him make any mistakes, and he had several good initiatives.

Abdoulaye M'Baye 5
Came in after 60 minutes to put more power into attack, and didn't fully succeed in doing so. When he had the ball he seemed to do good things with it, but should have been more visible.

Frode Fagermo 4
Frode only got to play about 15 minutes. The few times he touched the ball it was solid but too little. A good throw, a good pass, not much more.

Brann put three past Adin Brown on monday, with AaFK putting on a poor performance.

After 9 minutes, Brann got the first chance of the match. Austrian Paul Scharner with his back towards the goal, turned around quickly, and had a shot from 15 meters slide past the far post. Up until then, the match had been even, without any team dominating.

AaFK then went into one of their best periods of the game. This resulted in a nice attack. Paulo Dos Santos making his league debut this season, who had an inspired match, sent a fine pass towards Morten Moldskred on the wing. Moldskred quickly sent a cross towards Aarøy in front of goal, who went on to head the ball a meter above Brann keeper Håkon Opdal, and the goal.

In the next 20 minutes it was all about Brann. This was without a doubt the worst AaFK period so far this season. I have no complaints about the goal though. Brann opened up the scoreboard with a brilliantly executed attack after 25 minutes. A sneaking through pass by Austrian Paul Scharner to Bengt Sæternes, left the striker in front of Adin Brown. He quickly passed the ball onwards to Scottish player Robbie Winters, who easily put it into the back of the net from 5 meters.

Only another move of brilliance gave AaFK a chance to get back into the match. After 45 minutes, an Aarøy pass hit Dos Santos, who strode past a few Brann defenders, and sent a crushing shot from 15 meters towards the goal. Only a fine save by a fully outstretched Håkon Opdal save Brann from blushes.

Brann went two up after a 56th minute own goal by Paulo Dos Santos. Following a corner, Ragnvald Soma managed to push the ball forwards, deflecting into Dos Santos' foot, and slid in by the post, out of Brown's reach. Aalesund's Erlend Holm now made his season debut, coming in for Trond Fredriksen.

For a long period none of the teams really produced anything, Brann choosing to control the match. A sloppy shot from Scharner being the highlight of the period. AaFK then made two substitutions, Norway U18 national team player Thomas Pedersen coming in for Bjørn Erik Melland, and Lasse Olsen coming in for Tor Hogne Aarøy.

Though failing to produce almost any chances in the second half, Aalesund shortly afterwards reduced the lead to 2-1, as Lasse Olsen sweeped past the Brann defence and sent a hard shot past Brann keeper Opdal.

A good period followed for AaFK, that had lifted their team in the hunt for an equaliser. AaFK coach Normark commented after the match that he thought AaFK had Brann on their knees at that point. But failing to score on the chances, in the 93rd minute, Brann's Bengt Sæternes put the nail in the coffin with 3-1. After Robbie Winters had set him up through a flick of the heal pass, Sæternes shot was slightly deflected by AaFK defender Herman Ekeberg, giving Brown no chance at saving the goal.

AaFK now have two matches in a week, first away to Vålerenga in Oslo on thursday, and then home to Tromsø on sunday.

Goalkeeper: Adin Brown 5
His worst match for the club so far. No big mistakes, but seemed more uncertain than in other matches. Letting in three goals in not a bonus either.

Left Back: Bjørn Erik Melland 4
The least visible AaFK player today. Hardly saw him on Brann's half at all.

Central Defender: Haraldur Gudmundsson 5
A decent match by "Halli", but not as good as I have grown used to seeing him. Hopefully he will step it up for the coming matches.

Central Defender: Peter Werni 7
My Man of the Match for AaFK. He seemed to be everywhere today, with great tackles, good clearances, and even in attack. Very good performance.

Right Back: Herman Ekeberg 5
Match "on par" for Ekeberg as usual. Decent initiative in attack, and relatively solid on his back.

Left Midfielder: Stian Johnsen 5
Tried and succeeded at times, but was not visible at all in AaFK's bad periods.

Central Midfielder: Trond Fredriksen 3
Disappointing match by the two central midfielders that started the match. Made a very bad pass to a Brann player, and was consistently placed too low on the field. Inspirational play in defence, but that's not enough for a midfielder.

Central Midfielder: Rune Johansen 3
Disappointing match by the two central midfielders that started the match. Seemed uncertain, and made several mistakes.

Right Midfielder/Offensive Midfielder: Paulo Dos Santos 6
Very nice performance from Paulo, proving that he is back. Plenty of technique, nice shot, great passes. Possibly he could have done more in the second half.

Striker: Tor Hogne Aarøy 2
Is it possible to play any worse? He lost the ball almost every time he tried to dribble, missed the goal from 5 meters, and had very sloppy passes.

Striker: Morten Moldskred 5
Hard working, and made some nice crosses, but just didn't seem to be in top shape today. Too sloppy while trying to pass players, losing the ball too easily.

Substitute/Central Midfielder: Erlend Holm 5
Brilliant pass on the goal, very nice work in the time he played.

Substitute/Striker: Lasse Olsen 6
Great goal, and great initiative. Had gotten a higher score had he played like this for a full match.

Substitute/Left Midfielder/Offensive Midfielder: Thomas Pedersen 4
Wasn't afraid of the ball, and got involved from the very first few minutes. After that he disappeared though, and seemed to be running on all the wrong places.

M'Baye couldn't play because both Dos Santos and Brown played.

Steen is injured. Hoseth had three yellow cards, and was suspended. Fjørtoft is not ready to play yet.

VÅLERENGA - AALESUNDS FK 3 – 1

AaFK and Adin Brown kept up their recent string of bad results with another loss, thereby sliding down into the relegation zone, as Vålerenga came from behind to win 3-1 at Ullevaal Stadium on Thursday.

AaFK took an early lead from a Haraldur Gudmundsson free kick after only 2 minutes. His high shot deflected by Thomas Holm’s head, leaving VIF keeper Arni Gautur Arason heading in the wrong direction.

After only 8 minutes, the home team equalized. VIF’s notorious striker Bernt Hulsker dived for a penalty, as he was covered, but not held down by AaFK goal scorer Gudmundsson. The AaFK players and the traveling fans received the penalty with utter disbelief.

Steffen Iversen executed the following penalty with ease, sending Brown in the wrong direction. The teams were now level at 1-1.

A fairly even first half, lead to a second half clearly dominated by VIF. Minutes after entering the field, substitute VIF striker Morten Berre, sent the ball into the net from 6 yards following a David Brocken cross. After 70 minutes, Stefan Ishizaki ended whatever excitement was left in the match, with a hard shot past Brown from 16 yards. The goal came after a dreadful clearance by AaFK’s Rune Johansen, which left Thomas Holm free to pass to an uncovered Ishizaki.

Brown told the Norwegian television channel Canal + Norway after the match, that he is surprised by the high pace and many talented players in Norway. That he loves living in the small town of Ålesund, and that the whole team was very disappointed with the result today.

AaFK welcome Tromsø to their stadium on Sunday.

Goalkeeper: Adin Brown 5
Seemed solid enough most of the match without making many mistakes.

Left Back: Bjørn Erik Melland 3
Badly placed a few times, made a bad pass or two. Not a very good performance.

Central Defender: Haraldur Gudmundsson 5
One of his least convincing matches, but he still did a decent job.

Central Defender: Peter Werni 5
Very good in certain situations, but also failed to mark Morten Berre on the second VIF goal.

Right Back: Herman Ekeberg 4
Like Melland he was badly placed on a few situations, but overall did better and as usual was more involved in attack.

Left Midfielder: Stian Johnsen 3
A poor match from Johnsen, who did very few things correct in this match. Good initiative some times, and didn't make any big mistakes.

Defensive Central Midfielder: Trond Fredriksen 4
Solid defensive work, but needs to improve on his offensive play.

Central Midfielder: Erlend Holm 5
A positive surprise, although his second half was not much to brag about. Good free kicks.

Central Midfielder: Rune Johansen 3
A couple of stupid passes, and did very little right today.

Right Midfielder: Paulo Dos Santos 4
Good technique as normal, but disappeared in the second half, after a good first half.

Striker: Lasse Olsen 5
Showed a lot of initiative, but was seldom really successful.

Substitute/Left Midfielder: Morten Moldskred 2
A very poor performance today, only equalled by Aarøy last weekend.

Substitute/Right Midfielder: Eirik Hoseth 4
Managed to get a few things right, without having a great day at work. Surprisingly he didn't play long either.

Substitute/Central Midfielder: Thomas Pedersen 4
Didn't really make a big impression in the ten minutes he played. He had a shot at goal, but otherwise got lost in the other players.
