For me, I can't choose a single favourite all-time...

I like Alcantara, Samitier, Ramallets, Eusebio and Kubala (even Zamora although he crossed to the dark side) for the tradition and history.
I like Koeman, Romario, Guardiola, Stoichkov, Bakero and Cruyff because of the Dream Team. (Yes even Laudrup, although he did the unmentionable)
I like Luis Enrique for his leadership.
I like Urruti because of his personality, and Zubi for his too...
I like Maradona as a player, and although not for what he did at FCB, he is the reason that made me start supporting when I was 10 years old!
I don't think I could really pick a player... The club gives me more emotion than any 1 single individual...

my thoughts exactly. chauvinistic as i am, i like the dutch players ofcourse (except for Zenden :yuck:). but to me, Barça represents so much more than one single player could ever embody.

I have been supporting Barca for around 6-7 years now, so I only know about the recent players. So, at his best I liked Rivaldo. But these days, its Ronaldinho, Xavi and the ever-improving Iniesta (he has a great future)

As a side note, I just watched a BBC documentary about fascism and football, and now I better appreciate the history of the club with Madrid and Franco and what the club represents (which I never really knew before)

I'm so glad, that Stoichkov is winning:)
I voted for Crujff, but if i had a chance I would vote for Koeman, Stoichkov, Rivaldo, Luis Garcia;)))), and surely Luis Enrique

i voted for rivaldo cos he stayed longer than all the other baca great atleast he spent close to 5 years with the team and considering that he was al ow profile player when you guys bought him makes him special to the club cos he cost less and delivered great things to the club.Against valencia in particular he scored those memorable GOALS that took you guys to the 2001/2002 cl and i was in great tears after that match .apart from that he had class elegance and lots of skills. i would have loved to vote for crujff , romario, stoickov but i did not watch them play i only saw video clips and they were a different class as well but i think that rivaldo when he played it was always one thing that he thinks of and that is winning for barca and that brought him the footballer of the year in 1999.

Er, where's Neeskens?
Two old for this board to remember. Except me, of course :D. Well, and Roger but by then I don't think he knew much about Barcelona.

Neeskens was a favourite of mine at the time.

The biggest impact made by a player in Barcelona history has to be Kubala who was so ahead of the rest at the time, and his skills so rare that Les Corts, the old stadium was soon too small to accomodate the number of fans who wanted to watch the Hungarian. He also delivered during a long spell unlike many others who stayed too short or after a first wonder season they failed to deliver.

I'm 24, so I just really can talk about Barça since Cruyff was Barça's coach. The first match I really recall well it's the Cup Winners Cup we won against Sampdoria in 1989.

For this reason, I can only talk about what my grandfather and my father have told me. My grandpa, who has seen all the Barça's since the 1920s, says that Kubala is the best Barça player he has seen in his life. My father was born in the early 50s, so "his" Barça was the one of the 70s, the Barça of Neeskens, Cruyff, Sotil, Rexach, De la Cruz, etc. He was in love with Neeskens and Sotil (who only played one year, if I'm not wrong) and also with the team that won the 1st CWC.

My "weakness" are Stoitchkov and Guardiola, but if I have to vote, based on what I've heard from the experts, I'll do for the great Kubala, one of the most underrated players ever.

Stoichkov he is an amazing player! loved barca more than any other player, he is really a quality player a goal scoring machine when needed i watched so many downloaded goals for this player i love him the most i admire him as a player on the pitch and off it!

Well ur kinda right, but off the pitch i don't really respect the guy. He destroyed a young player's career when he fiercely tackled him and broke his leg in a friendly match.
