Does anyone really think that handball by Alex Sandro was really intentional? Or even in an unnatural position?

This is the kind of handball which precisely shouldn't be given, he's recovering from a tackle and had no control over where his arm would be when the ball hit it.

I don’t understand some of you guys critics on Borini.
Yes he can’t pass dribble player to save his life.
But he is always inside the opponent penalty area and manage shots.
Playing 3 upfront I expect him as one of the forward.
And then we have that Messi fellow....

Kebab free kick specialist [emoji1787]
What have he scored....he is happy to be playing.

Jube is playing at 2nd gear for fvck sake. Stop that victim act.

That same exact penalty is given constantly in Serie A against the non-Juve teams.

I don't care about the ref here honestly. The handball could have given or not. Nobody even complained until after VAR.

Musacchio ****ed us today, simple as that.

Too bad, because we played a very decent game until that point. Many players really improved. Suso much better than usual. Borini I though had pretty damn good game too, with his limitations and some mistakes of course. Kessié and Baka won a lot of balls. Hakan is not good enough but better as CM than as winger for sure. Rodriguez also played one of his better games for us.

Anyway, it's all too predictable, the whole thing. This game and this whole run. We're just not good enough.

Can't wait until the season is over.

Just keep your mouth shut, please. If you have seen numerous amount of penalty given for similar handballs, unintentional or not, you would not dispute that this should have been a penalty.
It's crazy, can someone find a compilation of penalties given for similar handballs? There have been so many recently where I thought it looked harsh, but were given. Of course not today...

Chill. Nero can say what he thinks as much as anyone else here.

IMO it was the right the call, but also could have gone the other way. It's true they are often given, let alone for Juve, but it's still not a bad call IMO. And whatever that may be, it doesn't imply that Juve fans cannot say what they think here as long as they follow the rules.

Being emotional after a close loss I get (you were good in 1st half, should capitalized while we were sleeping), situations like are pretty much tricky in terms of interpretation, aken to the game vs Sampdoria earlier in the season, saw identical handball situations not given while similar was given. Pretty much 50 50 for mediocre refs , but experienced ones dont give it most of the time, especially if they that close to crosser they let it go. As commentators said it would be too much if every hand ball like that was PK.

Musacchio one was pretty damn clear, was incredibly dumb challenge by Musacchio, he had zero reason to go in with such force, Dybala had no shot was just shielding and waiting to be hit.

Only call I would say was for sure wrong was probably not sending off Mandzukic at the end, he is allways fiesty and combative, pushing away players is normal in arguments, but he had one kick on Romagnoli I would sent him off for.

And also I dont get why you guys are shitting on Borini, easy target maybe but he was amongst your better players (after the scorer, Suso and Bakayoko). I found Hakan the most useless one for you out there, that it is outside the two that lost you the game in Musacchio and Calabria.

Also I'm not sure I saw the sense in Gattusos subs at all, is Suso just returning from injury? If no he shouldnt been subbed, that Castillejo guy never does anything whenever I seen him.

That penalty is not emotional response, it has been far greater than 50-50 too in the last year too. But even forgetting that the problem is once again what's the point of VAR. The ref obviously didn't see the handball, so access to a replay (for VAR or the main ref) makes them define/see intention now? Think about it and you will see how illogical it is.

I know there have been penalties given for similar incidents, but my point is, is that actually correct? I don't think it is, and I think when a ref actually makes the choice not to punish a player for what's clearly an unintentional handball and where his arm is not in an unnatural position, it should be applauded.

I understand the frustration, but I'm asking honestly, if we were the ones who got the penalty against Milan for a similar incident, wouldn't the reaction here be the same? That this is just business as usual and so on.

I think you'd all be incensed and rightly so, so I think there is a double standard being applied here.

I kiiiiind of felt that it was a strong case for a PK. AC Milan hard done by not getting that called, IMO. Especially in the era of VAR. Come on. Bad referee decision.

Then be consistent. You say 50/50 but the one side of the 50 is always against Juve?
Dont bother replying if you gonna cry, I seen two hand balls like this exactly in same match not called for us. Its wether refs can be consistent, atleast more clear obvious cases, but they aren't allways because its not a set bonafide way to rule it and more about interpretation for each ref.

"Referee Michael Fabbri’s performance was criticised by all the major sports papers in Italy, above all for the decision not to award a penalty after viewing Alex Sandro’s handling offence on the VAR monitor."

Please go back to your forum to enjoy all this kind of crucial referee "mistakes" that often come to Juve's way to save it whenever it legs behind/struggles in Serie A games.

There must be some causality that Juve has only 2 CL while you have 30+ Serie A titles, unlike RM, Barca, Bayern, etc. who dominate their respective domestic championships while also have the most CL titles under their belt among their respective domestic clubs.

You still didn't answer. Was the 95th minute penalty you received a correct decision?

Juve fans will never get it. Decades after decades everyone is telling them they cheat and thrill still come back to argue like “oh but it’s a 50/50 call” ... it’s pointless. They got caught and sent to jail and they are still innocent on 50/50 calls. Blasphemy.
