how valencia supporters rate aimar?

how do u guys rate pable aimar?? i have read some post saying they think selling aimar is not a big problem since aimar was in very poor form last season and u still won a double....
is it wat everyone think??

That's totally false. I've been reading this thing in all XT and this is not true. Aimar didn't play last season because he was injured and he didn't finish at 100%, that's why he didn't play the last matches of La Liga and the UEFA Cup.

When he was on the pitch he did well and Benitez proved that he was right leaving Aimar benched, since the Argentinian wasn't well enough physically. But Aimar cutted his holidays and he was working in Valencia's gym at Paterna in June, before the players met again.

Valencia is going to Asia now and they go there, mainly, because of Pablo Aimar. Valencia has noticed that there's a huge demand for Aimar products in Asia and they are going there. Valencia won't sell Pablo Aimar. He's the biggest asset of the club.

I'm not saying this out of nothing, I go to Valencia twice a week and I live in the same region of that city, so I know that club quite well.

He's a genius who would make almost any team in the world. However, Ranieri has never shown any liking for players like him.

how can u hav doubts on AIMAR!!!

oh god..how can ppl doubt aimar...he is our best player...he needs time 2 get ride of his injuries....if he win fifa's player of the year in de future...ntgh 2 b suprised of....
plz don underestimate him..we will just get better with him in our team

But who has doubts? No one is Spain doubts about him, the fans, the rivals, the press,... everyone rate him very high.

Aimar is the definition of what it is to have skill.
It is a shame he doesn't score more goals though. He is obviously one of the better players in the team but stats show that VCF can win without him. These stats are only impressed upon because at one time many people where saying VCF was a 1 man team.

no team is a one man team, and last season first half of Aimar was great, everybody forgets that, no doubt Valencia played as a team and ended win in it anyway, anywaythe one team player is more related to what players like Ronie, Zidane and Aimar provide: excellent head, great skills and...come on is the easiest answer...YEaP they play beautifull! that's what put them above everyone, there are few players as gracefull as those three, and in a team with lacks of that, peolple talk about a one man team, anyway I hate Rainieri big time, I can believe that till now Aimar had three coaches that weren't precisly the ones that endorse his style of play: Cuper, Benitez and Rainieri, who is the Ramon Diaz, Menotti, Basile of Europe? I hope some day coach him..

yeah that's exactly what I was thinking about at the end of last season when everybody was talking like aimar's got a hellish season with no performance at all.... is it that easy to forget how fit he was during the first half? Actually that was his best time since his arrival. but ok, three months injury and you are forgotten. that's what happens

Nobody has forgotten him, it's just that he wasn't missed when he was injured because Valencia showed how deep this squad is. Nobody doubts his quality, at least not the fans. What are we supposed to do, a collective suicide every time he's injured?

Right to the point! But when Aimar´s healthy he should have the same status as Zidane in Real, Totti in Roma, meaning he´s indispensable, something Ranieri has to get in his thick skull! And Fangio, IMO Benitez used Aimar well everytime he was not injured!

If you take a look at last season, no, we're not Real or Roma: we're clearly better. It's dangerous for a team to rely in a single player.

not about better or worse... last season we are absolutely much better than real or roma... but about the difference that one particular player can bring to the whole team. perhaps valencia has no need to rely on any one player and aimar's submerged in the collective work of the group. i dont know if this is because he's not good enough or because he's in valencia, but if things go on like this he'll always stay where he is now because you have to distinguish yourself from others to obtain general recognition.

I don't understand you... Aimar has played brilliant games here and he has always been considered one of the best players in la Liga. I repeat, if the team didn't miss him last season was thanks to our deep squad and Benítez's tactics.
