wow. thats great marmotte! I have never seen Abidal play, but heard he's quite a talent. Will Frau and Elber be your striking partnership next season? And how is Essien doing?! He should be your next Vieira I think!

i don't know what will be our partnership up front, because we have luyindula too.
we will see what system will choose le guen next year

essien is doing ok, he needs to improve but he's promising for sure.

Essien is good but no new Patrick Vieira isn´t he...
And he plays for his Ghana NT also..

it seems edmilson is on his way to barcelona.
the transfer fee will be between 8 and 12 m€.

Well I don´t think Lyon should worry that much of the loss of Edmilson, he is not that good and reliable.. Luyindula is a great player and should break in to the NT soon, but Lyon have Govou (wich is better as a striker then a mid) and Pierre-Alain Frau (wonderful goalscorer)... isn´t Elber still there to??

The biggest loss for Lyon is Vikash Dhorasoo & Eric Carrière.

edmilson may not be the best CB in the french league but he's still good and losing him leaves us with only 2 CBs !
same with deflandre
of course i agree losing carrière and especially dhorasoo is even worse.
as for luyindula, he's the best striker we have currently (better than elber govou and frau IMO) and i don't think we build a succesfull team by selling your best players.
