Only if Napoli get their act together which isn't really likely either. I'm sure they'll focus on the EL semi-final/possible final.
They went on a retreat before the first Wolfsburg and have played well since then though. Their biggest obstacle is their tough schedule. But Roma are so bad now, you never know. They should continue to drop points. It's a decent possibility for Napoli IMO.
If they can keep their post-retreat form up and win a couple of the big fixtures, then they're in.
Roma have been taking big financial risks. Their top management have been pumping money in year after year. They've spent more than what they can according to FFP (not really in trouble, Inter did worse). They've been operating on a high-risk basis in an attempt to get to the top (challenge for the scudetto and make it out of CL group stages) as fast as possible (Not exactly a horrible strategy because they couldn't let the gap between Juve and Roma grow, and the size of the Roma fanbase is much lower, hence less source of income. That's why they went the aggressive route.). They're banking on CL participation next season. Missing out on the CL would be huge for them. They'd have to scale back, and that'd set them back an additional two years probably.
So, Forza Napoli!
