Back home today after three great weeks in Portugal just in time to watch Sporting playing for the Cup.

We're facing the only team that doesn't play in our first league still in the competition and for the first time in this Cup, we're playing home.

Time for Marco Silva to give some playing time to a few players that are not first options and also to rest a few others for the tough match away at Braga for the league this weekend.

Here's the line-up and subs:

First goal chance at 14' with Montero's shot being blocked by the defense and João Mário's second try going just wide.

Sporting misses a penalty at 29'. João Mário's shot hit the arm of a defender inside the box, the ref called the pen but Montero's shot was very well saved by the keeper.

Good attacking move at 33' with Jonathan's cross finding Carrillo's head but the shot was too high.

A great long range cross by William finds Carrillo escaping his marker and lobbying the keeper from just outside the box with one single touch. Brilliant goal. 1-0 at 34'

A slow start from Sporting with too many wayward passes but the difference between the two sides is too big. It didn't go in from the spot but ended up going in a much classier way thanks to the superb Carrillo. Deserved lead so far.

A very nice combination of our attack on the left flank with Carrillo finding Tanaka inside the box, the Japanese then assisting João Mário who's shot was deflected by a defender and ended up in the back of the net. 2-0 at 48'.

Brilliant combination between Carrillo and Montero but the Peruvian's shot went over the bar.

Excellent header by the Famalicão born Paulo Oliveira after an excellent cross from the right. 3-0 at 70'

Excellent team goal. Rosell launches a perfect pass to the second post, Tanaka leaves it on a golden plate for Montero to finally score after a very good game. 4-0 at 75'
