The stats of brazil will be very weird, Statue competitions with different systems of competition existed alongside national competition for a long time (the first, smaller competitions are from the 30's) so it is possible a player can get several trophies in an year.

And even before it, not all regional leagues are "top" leagues. Until the 50's, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo are a top notch over Minas Gerais, Bahia and Rio Grande do Sul. Pernambuco, Paraná and a few others are basically feeding the teams of bigger leagues.

After the 60's, the level of the Minas, Rio Grande do Sul and Bahia increased enough to make them competitive with Rio and São Paulo and sometimes even have major powers. Paraná, Pernambuco started to rise in the 70's. A few other states like Ceará, Amazonas or Goiás started to show some middle table teams. After 80's Santa Catarina also entered i the game. But in the last years, we have São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul, Minas clearly a little above Paraná. Goiás, Pernambuco and Bahia behind. The regiional leagues had a decline which lead to only a few teams from the main block to have a team for 12 months, the other teams build teams after the regional with players that are usually playing for much smaller clubs in Rio, São Paulo, Minas or Rio grande do Sul.

well, dont think there will be many additions, that list looks perfect. Checked out Michal Bilek (9 titles), was curious how many titles won Alfred Schaffer - 5 titles officially (3x MTK, 1x FCN, Austria) but another source saying 7 titles total as a player (4x MTK, 1x FCN, Austria, Sparta)

I just added Vadim Boreț, Valyantsin Byalkevich, Leonardo Astrada, Anvarjon Soliev. I suppose there will be a lot more in African and Asian countries into which I have not even taken a look.

Update:
Zlatan Ibrahimovic won his 11th title (if we count the two revoked with Juve), 2nd with PSG
Tomáš Hübschmann won his 10th title, 8th with Shakhtar after his 2 with Sparta Prague
Mircea Lucescu won his 12th title, also his 8th with Shaktar

This is probably very incomplete. It consists of people who won at least one title as a player and one as a coach and more than ten titles in total. The first number in brackets is for player, the second is for coach.
