I'm missing a thread where we can put some daily things in about the club, which on their own wouldn't warrant a new thread.
Umit Karan TV interview at Lig TV was a nice personal one-on-one. The subjects were from football to the cooking skills of his wife ('kuru fasulye yapti geçen'

He likes to score difficult and/or volley goals (we know ) and admires Ronaldinho. He sees himself as a team player and not necessarily a goalscorer although he would like to score his hundredth goal for gala this season (hmm that means he should at least score 20 somewhat more ) He thinks we have the best team, especially in terms of having quality backup players who would make a decent second team on their own.
Gerets apparently is a real hard ass disciplinarian :nasty: who gives them a hard time indoors but has a soft face outdoors. He also speaks with alot of respect about Terim and will work hard until he deserves a callup for the national team
All in all, the interview provided us with a good personal profile of our top scorer of the moment. His words about their motivation to win gave me even more hope we will take the title this season :thumbsup:
