Should götze play if we get a Bayern-Dortmund final?

Well if Both teams go through, what would be the right thing for Mario Götze to do if such a situation occurs?

I can only see 4 possible outcomes:

A) Götze plays, Dortmund loses and everyone Blames Götze citing a few bad passes here and there as a reason, even though the whole team played poorly.

B) Game ends in Penalty shootout and Götze delibaretly misses his penalty, causing Bayern to win, which results in the whole game of football being thrown into disrepute. Subsequently UEFA collapses and association football goes into a period of darkness.

C) Götze stars as Dortmund beats Bayern, which results in Bayern fans/players/management getting pissed at him and decide to punish Götze by benching him forever.

D) Götze get's benched by Klopp as he doubts Mario has the correct mental toughness to face Bayern in such circumstances.

I didn't read your post through because I'm sure it's pretty dumb but I doubt if Götze playing or not matters a lot because FC Hollywood will choke in the final as usual.

their pathetic loser mentality was already exposed by the timing of the Götze announcement...this is how insecure they are thinking about the final. although it made them more harm than good as it only makes Dortmund's chances worse vs Real. Mourinho will take what he wants: his third CL with a third different club. There's no stopping it.

Would Klopp troll Goetze and while he is jjumping on the bus, he expells him from the coach bus on the road to wembley?

that would be a major pychological gamble and a mega real life trolling attempt.

Even Andy Christ would be jealous about it!

If Dortmund reach the final then certainly Gotze would want to go out on a high... who intentionally passes on a CL winners medal? :rolleyes: :D

If Bayern fans get pissed off at Gotze for performing well against them then in that case they'd be imbeciles. Simple as.

I would think him personally would be extra motivated instead:

1) First final in his career
2) Last time playing against these players/this generation which he will be now part for many many years to come, aka once in a lifetime opportunity.
3) Proving Bayern in a sense that what player they get for their money (if he has a good game), also showing professionalism.




Anyway, Real will probably beat Dortmund, so we will never know.

If Dortmund make the final&of course it will be against Bayern:pp,I doubt he won't be trying his best:smileani:&like N4L said real supporters know who you're currently playing for you would be trying your best for them even though you're going to be leaving:smileani:.

However, I still feel that the whole injury was fake and that the clubs (Borrussia and Bayern) have a secret deal which prevents Mario from playing in the Final

you never know, I doubt Götze cares that much, he has plenty of money already and I doubt he would be mentally prepared to play in such a Final and risk being made a scapegoat if Dortmund loses..

"he has plenty of money already"...that's really not the logic they go by

they all have plenty of money and risk being made a scapegoat every time they step on the pitch in a title game. there's no way he will sit out the final if he's fit to play.

unless there really is a secret agreement in the sales contract which leaves him no choice but i doubt it would even be legal to include such a paragraph. and Dortmund board wouldn't risk it as the backlash would be enormous if it became known.
