Portuguese player Danny of Dynamo Moscow. I`d barely heard of the fella before.......big money or what! Anyone else know much about him?

Well I have watched him play for Dynamo; sort of a free role second striker. That's alot of money but I guess Zenit have the cash while Dynamo werent too happy giving one of their most important players to a rival. Hence the price tag.

He is a good player no doubt and allready proven in Russia;

Danny's a damn good player. Can play on the wings as well but is usually used in the pure #10 role. His threw balls are wonderful and his technique is excellent. One of Russia's five best players imo, his onyl drawback is his horrible temper.

Let me just say that I aven't seen any official confirmation about this deal in the Russian medai, although Zenit have said that he will be wearing their jersey.

You've got to consider that Russian clubs always overpay, and that Dinamo is well within reach for their first Russian title in over 30 years.
