who has the best young players in the balkans?

I guess I'm a bit bais, but I think Yugoslavia has.

It is Yugoslavia as GROBAR_OTAGO said

1) Yugoslavia
2) Romania
3) Croatia

Not familiar with the greeks or turks so I won't include them in my list.
