Since we didn´t make it to the WorldCup2002 (pretty close, all we lacked were 5-6 goals ;)), I wonder who you all will support in Japan/SouthKorea...

As for my favourite teams, just like at every WC since 1990:
Brasil - A country that produced players like Romario and Careca deserves support.
England - Football´s coming home. :)
Spain - Only God knows when they will finally use their amazing potential.

Teams I´d like to see failing:
Germany - obvious choice
Portugal (Figo:yuck: )
France - see: "Germany" ;)

I hope for England, Denmark and Mexico. (Maybe even Ireland, but after they kicked themselves out of the tournament before it even started... )

Teams to be eliminated:
Germany, France, Italy and Turkey!

Exciting as always, with a lot of good points:

Mx, as far as I think to know you, you're some kind of Stermann/Grissemann-fan, right?
Well, just for the possibility of you being interested in it, Mr. Stermann watched the final 20 minutes of Costa Rica vs. China at Admiral Sportwetten near TU (sitting next to me). He didn't seem very interested in the game though. ;)

And congrats to the USA. :)

About Stermann: Don´t know if he supports any other teams than Duisburg and Germany, but I guess neither China nor Costa Rica area among them. ;)

Bielsa (and his "tactics") spoiled it...how can you lose against the thugs with such players in your team....

No single goal for the Champions of the Universe in 3 games.
This is too good to be true! :D
