I'd only replace Kirilenko with Rashard Lewis. I also was impressed with Ron Artest this season but I don't know who he should replace. Same with Yao Ming.

Off the top of my head :

East :
B-Diddy
Vince
Artest/Pierce
J.O'Neal
B. Wallace

West :
Cassell
Bryant
Stojakovic
KG
Shaq

In the east, there's only one position that's really debatable, and it's between Artest and Pierce at SF. I like Artest over Pierce, even though Pierce had his moments (crazy clutch performances) this season.

In the West, I left out Duncan. You could just as easily put him in, take out Cassell and relegate Bryant to PG and Peja to the two.

Something like the ABC crew has done :

Change the system of voting!

Rookie vs Sophomores rosters are selected by an 11-member selection panel included Bill Walton and Greg Anthony from ESPN; Doug Collins from TNT; Doc Rivers from ABC; Jack Ramsay of ESPN Radio; Quinn Buckner of Fox Sports Net Midwest, Eddie Johnson of UPN45, Johnny Kerr of Fox Sports Net Chicago, Stu Lantz of Fox Sports Net, Steve Mix of Sixers TV, Jim Petersen of FSN and WFTC-UPN29.

That's how the selection should be for all-star games, not popularity voting. Vince Carter always leads the balloting the way it is now.
