The ranking of ESPN was correct enough, in my opinion. This one is stupid.
As regards Italian teams:
How is it possible that Parma is 15th (they risked relegation, were soon eliminated in CL and UEFA, just won the Italian Cup... but who cares), while Roma is 17th and Inter 20th (!!!!).
And more: Glasgow Rangers 12th !!!!! in front of Dortmund, Feyenoord (just 25!!!! Didn't they win the UEFA cup?), all the Italian teams Juventus excluded (at least!) and even in front of Celtic (but I thought that Celtic won the Scottish League....).
And what about Valencia 30th? This means that Liga is less important than Scottish and Greek League.....
I think that IFFHS should leave the statistics about Football and try politics or another field.
