Third one, again, local stadium, should be rather snowball than footbal
Thats an awesome pic, glad I wasn't there, it makes me cold just looking at it, not for the tropical person.

You shouldn't be nervous about putting your pictures, they are great:thumbsup:

Thank you and it wasn't even that cold, plus degrees, but just heavy snow. But it was teh first game of the season, in March, so people just wanted to sit and watch a game, no matter what. It was fun, people sharing blankets and hot cacao.

/And it's the technology what makes me nervous, took me a year to get the pic from phone to computer, and I had to make 3 posts since I couldn't figure out out how to put 3 pics in one post... :embarass: /

Private Audience

Last year the New York Liberty were playing the San Antonio Silver Stars in an interleague game at Madison Square Garden. I guess neither team is very popular around town, as I was the only fan in attendance. A private audience? Well, it doesn't get more private than this. Oh, and in case you're wondering, the Liberty won.

Boyo Hood

Darts is an officially recognized sport in Holland, so don't start by claiming it's a pub game. Although I'm the first to admit that you do seem to play better when you're drunk. Or perhaps when you're drunk you don't mind so much if you miss. A while ago I was getting some practice shots in (darts I mean, not drinks) and the second dart I threw followed the exact same path as the first dart and landed square on top of it, splitting the back of the flight, much like Robin Hood had done with an arrow centuries earlier. Of course Robin Hood actually hit bullseye, but I was of course aiming for the one. Really.

Back In Time

One of the many great features that my camera has is a time travel function. The technology uses advanced quantum mechanics to transport the photographer back in time in the very spot where he's standing. So the last time I was at old Yankee Stadium I decided to give it a try. And sure enough my camera took me back to the days when The House That Ruth Built had just finished construction and Babe Ruth was showing Lou Gehrig his collection of bats. Lou was even nice enough to autograph my baseball, but I'll save that picture for another contest.
