Guess what!!Our genious(&+%+%//) coach Terim has announced final squad...Altough he choosed to keep Ayhan,Tümer,Kazım or Sabri in his squad the only player who experienced C.L. final game has been refused!!!Altıntop and new Getafe player Kaş as well...

Now i wonder if our journalists are man enough to write their ideas about this shit or will they keep on sucking as usual ?

Bir teknik adama şunu neden aldın diye soracak halimiz yok, haddimiz de değil. Sonuçta teknik adam "en iyilerden" bir kadro oluşturur ve oraya çağrılan her oyuncu bizim için de değerlidir. Ama teknik adam en iyileri seçerken adil olmak gibi bir zorunluluk da taşımalıdır.
Malum; Fatih Terim'in milli takımına "layık" görülmeyenler kervanının son kurbanları Yıldıray, Halil ve İbrahim Kaş oldu.
Yıldıray Baştürk, son yılların en yetenekli "Türk" oyuuncularından biridir, malum. Fatih Tekke ve Mehmet Topuz gibi..
Futbolu oynayanların çok iyi anlayabileceği bir çok "oyun içi" özelliğe sahip olmaısnın yanında, uyumlu kişiliği ve disiplini de ile de örnek olabilecek bu "gurbetçi" oyuncumuzun elbet bazı eksikleri de var;
Mesela kendini eleştiren medyaya kol-dirsek-sıvazlama üçlüsünü çekemeyecek kadar korkak; Mesela askerlik yapmamak için 40 bin takla atmayacak kadar yurtsever,
Mesela maç içinde rakipleirne ve hakeme "aşağılık mahluklar" gibi bakmayacak kadar pasif olması da Yıldıray'ın eksikleri olarak öne çıkıyor. Milli maçlarda talimatla adam sakatlama ve yumruklama eksikliklerine hiç girmeyelim zaten.

Terim has a proven record that surpasses any other Turkish manager
and he did what he was expected to do by getting us into Euro 2008, if you are going to chastise him wait till at least after the tournament

oh and while this might not apply to us Besiktasli I know almost without a doubt that had Terim been a Fenerli, and achieved the same accolades with Fener, you guys would all be heralding him

and if you look at Terims club and international record no coach can compare
your talking about Euro 96, lets not forget who took us there for the first time in history

lets not forget who built arguably the best and most successful Turkish club squad of all time

GS fans said this, BJKli said this. Emre Gungor is a better defender than I.Kas and far more proven.

Terim said no. On May 11, he announced a squad that included Kas and not Gungor.
On May 28, after trainings and friendlies, he dropped Kas and sided with Gungor.
Terim didn't say Kas was injured or off form. He said Emre was judged more suitable. (And there are Hamit and Sabri on RB, blah, blah.)

We'd like to ask him why he picked I.Kas in the first place. By mistake? To slander other players? He won't say because his choices are too compromised to explain already.
Some have no choice but to trust him. Others simply drift away. And, like it or not, Turkey will be on display to billions of audience next month.

There's no way to justify it, Fatih Terim is an ass. In what should of been an easy group to qualify from (Euro 2008 qualifier groups) we lost key points against the shittiest of nations. What he built Galatasaray are still in debt for. Went to Fiorentina - failed, went to Milan - failed, came back for a second time at Galatasaray - failed, he's head of the NT - at failure's doorstep. Last time he succeeded was in 2000.

True :thmbup: why call these players up if you had no intention to bring them anyways, it's a slap in the face of great players like Yildiray, Mehmet Topuz etc.. and then starwars characters like Mesut Ozil choose the german NT over ours.

if you look at his time with Fiorentina Terim was actually bringing in solid results, the club was successful, Terim left Fiorentina because of a spat with Chairman Gori, in fact Terim was so popular with the club that, on a Football TV show in Italy, while one of the Fiorentina director's was answering phone calls, an argument broke out after Gori called in lambasting Terim, with the director supporting him.

and Milan, he was barely given a shot at Milan...

Terim is a class act, he has made mistakes in his career, but who hasn't?

but if there is anything ive learned, its not to jump to conclusions in football, the manager everyone expects to bring the title (del bosque) turns out to be a complete moron in the end,
it could be same with Terim or it could be different, I don't agree with some of his decisions and i think our performance in the group should have been better but I'll stand by him until he ****s up

I really wonder if you are watching Bundesliga games! Last season champ was Stuttgart...What can Yıldıray do more?Halil is playing regularly at Schalke...Of course Terim is free to choose whoever he wants or trusts but this is not fair....Emre played 6 or 7 games for Newcastle,Tümer is playing for a 3rd class Greek team,even gs supporters hate Sabri and his style...
