Am I mistaking is or does Mikel Arteta, Everton FC, qualify in this position. He is Basque isn't he?

Hi, I commented it in the thread about the basque NT (first one in the basque forum main page). Since Arteta can play in different positions I'll put him in the left winger poll to balance it, since it only has Yeste as first level player while the central midfielder poll has a lot of class players already. It's to make a realistic list and try to not leave important players out for putting them all in the same poll.
