Right now, Jarome Iginla, and maybe Joe Thornton--those are the two players with the hot hand... Mario Lemeiux has been hurt most of the year, and probably would have won it hands down, and Jaromir Jagr has been a bust for the Capitals, at least right now.
With the trend towards low scoring and defensive play, I don't think someone will get 100 or more points again this year...
Sakic has been in a slump as of late, though it is looking that he's coming back to life. I can't say if he could catch Iginla for the scoring title, but he definitely needs to carry the scoring load if the Avalanche will repeat.
As for Nasland, again, it will be tough to get more points, but he could carry Vancouver into the Stanley Cup tournament.
