Argentina:

Batistuta
Crespo
Ortega
Claudio Lopez
Giovanne Lopez
Palermo

Nobody can compete in this department!

Apart form possibly Brazil of course-

Ronaldo
Ronaldinho
Edmundo
Jardel
Anderson
Elber
Romario

And possibly Italy...

Del Piero
Vieri
Baggio
Simone Inzaghi
Phillipo Inzaghi
Totti
Delvechio
Montella

If, however there are only two forwards then the Ukraine might just as well be the best...

Shevchenko
Rebrov

Does anyone else have a definitive opinion?

For national teams....
Argentina
BatiGOL and Lopez/Crespo/Palermo...pretty much anybody alongside the man called BatiGOL!

Holland has pretty decent one too with
Bergkamp and Kluivert

Italy has Del Piero and Vieri (well a whole lot more of combinations really)

But as you said the Ukraine probably has the best TWO in the whole lot...

Sheva and Rebrov
(Hope Milan buys Rebrov soon)

I also hope that La Viola will beat Man U today (not like we have a great chance but it COULD happen!)

England........ ve the highly prolific Peter Crouch
Serbia-Montenegro has very prolific strikers, impressively everyone has his very own skills, that makes us very hard to deal with:

Kezman (close ranger)
Zigic (the giant, = Crouch + technical skills)
Ljuboja (dribbler and winger, creates chances)
Vucinic (the young gun)
Pantelic (wizkid)
Milosevic (the old man)
