That was mostly the Ruiz era, where we went lunatic with three 18 or so Million Euro deals (Fernandes is paying off now, Zigic wasn't given a chance and I'm sure Ever "The Pornstar" Banega will pay off too, if Atleti are stupid enough), but traditionally we don't spend that much.
