If talking about top tier legends then it's NASL probably

Pele, Best, Cruyff, Beckenbauer, Eusebio, Müller, Moore

pretty impressive, the first 5 are probably in most people's Top 10 all-time lists

I'd like to add Charles, Scirea, Lothar Matthäus, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, Falcao and Daniel Passarella to the Serie A list.
And to a lesser extent (much lesser), Socrates Enzo Francescoli and Zico.
Milan's Swedish trio (Gre-No-Li) also deserve a mention.

i would give a nod to the Argentinian league over the Brazilian ones...Brazilian league only had Brazilian superstars (not discounting their quality and quantity by any means), but the Argentinian league, alongside Argentinians, had many great Uruguayans and other Latin Americans play in the league

i like that. but then regarding to these names, i should say that those names who played in the la liga were more interesting to watch in terms of skills and entertainment. otherwise, we can`t decide which league has the most number of football legends, the epl`s legends included too. :)

i said these names are some, also most of who i mentioned are from the 90s.
yeah, we certainly can't ignore the pedigree of EPl legends...but i am sure u won't deny they are reasonably behind La liga and Serie A...If you have noticed, most EPL legends are from the British nations, whereas you see many international stars (in the past) in the other two leagues...

I think Epl is alongside German Bundesliga and Argentinian League in terms of legends....maybe right above the French league and Brazilian league
