As the Premiership season has ended, I think that it is time to look back on maybe the best Premiership season so far. Also in the cup there were some great, most notably Man Utd's comeback against Aston Villa.
There have been so many great twists and turns in this season. The sale of Jaap Stam by Man Utd, the numerous managers that were sacked, Phil thomson doing so well as acting manager for Liverpool while Gerard Houllier. The stunning match at St James' Park between Newcastle and Man Utd and then the following week with Man Utd's great comeback against Spurs. Newcastle's great season where they went to Highbury and Elland Rd and won in controversial and exciting style. Arsenal's great run and fantastic football and winning the title at Old Trafford.
And how about all the great goals this season, Bergkamps' Vs Newcastle, Pires vs Villa, Sinclair for west ham, Beckhams vs West Ham and who could forget Zola's goal in the 4th round of the cup Vs Norwich that he dedicated to that boy.
Also this season was a season for records being broken like Arsenal going the whole season without losing away, scoring in every game and winning 13 games on the trot. Also personal achievements for van Nistelrooy who broke the Premiership record for scoring in consecutive games.
What do you people think of the season that has just passed, I think it has been great and would like to know your thoughts in the following categories.
