PARMA have moved again to snap up one of the nation's hottest properties - signing Italian Under-18 starlet Alex Gibbs.

The 18-year old Azzurrini star will remain half owned by former club Monza, but should he make the move to Parma will find no shortage of youthful Italian stars.

The Gialloblu hope to become renowned for bringing through the best Italian talent, and they have already signed two up-and-coming stars.

First and foremost Azzurrini Under-20 captain Cristian Maggio has moved to Ennio Tardini and has been joined by young striker Alberto Gilardino from Verona.

I don't have the slightest clue who he is. Sounds good though. :)

When I read the headline I thought we'd got an English/Welsh youngster, but this sounds very good.

I have high hopes for this club in the future, what a team!

Alex Gibbs is an attacker. That's about everything I've found about him.
Born 1984, which means that we will know in 3-4 years if he's something special.
