Albion chairman Jeremy Peace is in talks with his Villa counterpart Doug Ellis over a possible loan deal involving Villa midfielder Mark Kinsella.

Albion are looking to sign the Republic of Ireland international on a season long loan deal and Villa boss David O'Leary has confirmed the move is in the hands of the chairmen.

"It is now down to the two chairmen," said the Villa boss.
"Mark will be on a free at the end of the season. He wants to play and there is a chance for him to go locally and play as part of a loan deal.

"That is as far as I know at the moment."

Well when he was at Colchester in the younger part of his career he was scoring goals for fun from 40 yards! I would have him back at Layer Road any day!

Apparently Megson says he wont play on Saturday, as he hasn't had time to adpat to the team play.

So we'll have to wait a while.
