Real Madrid launches a survey for its fans to choose the best players in Club history

Who are the best players in Real Madrid’s history? Coinciding with its 106 anniversary, the Club challenges Madridistas around the globe to choose their favourites. Fans can vote from a list of 100 players selected by a team of coaches and Real Madrid history specialists. Reasons for voting for any particular player can be sport and technique-related, or based on personal affection or sentiment towards Real Madrid. The survey will be posted on Realmadrid.com. Participants will enhance their Real Madrid knowledge and have the chance to win several gifts and prizes. Log on now!

In order to decide the best Real Madrid players of all time, more than one million votes were cast (1,006,965 to be exact) by 51,232 fans from around the world. The survey which began on 6 March, the day Real Madrid turned 106, shattered records for the highest participation ever in the history of Realmadrid.com.


We would like to thank Madridismo for its massive turnout when asked to pick the top legendary players of all time. Real Madrid is considering holding a gala to bring together the top choices of this mega-survey. Realmadrid.com will publish the final ranking on Monday.
