seems a bit fishy though...given that the accuser has been under federal investigation for extortion since December after KP's camp complained about her.

Also is it even physically possible to hold down and rape a woman HOURS after tearing your ACL? This is really the craziest detail about it...that it took place hours after his injury.

apparently Dallas was made aware of the situation before the deal and weren't too concerned. so I guess they consider it nothing more than a blackmail attempt.
