Malouda is more traditional and has more big game experience, I kind of like this against Liverpool. Kalou is too young and would play off his best at a hostile setting like Anfield. Not to say he won't play well as a sub, I bet he'll be a good spark for us in the 2nd half

Mistake from Lampard and then MAkelele that led to pool's goal. Pool were fortunate from that MAscherano miskick... and prior to that... the freekick.

Drogba should have been awarded a penalty from that Carragher tackle.

Lampard did have a couple of nice passes that almost led to goals.

Ashley Cole is holding the ball too long with Kuyt harrassing... he got to play it safe, probably that was what Grant told him at the side.

1-1, sexy result, funny watching that fat **** on the side line asking for the chelsea players to be booked. :thumbsup: I don't think we played well on the night, defense was bad throughout. However, about the 1-0 result I wasn't worried that much, but 1-1 is just superb.
