Michael Essien is suspended. Drogba and Ballack are both doubtful because of injuries.

Injured. But as I've read he may appear on the pitch, it is not certain yet.
Who cares about gerrard; if Drogba and Ballack are out, we're in big trouble.
Ballack has been solid after his injury.
WTF...Champions league semis final and 5 posts..????

It would be a big break for Chelsea if Gerrard missed out. But I doubt he'll sit out. and my guess is Drogba and Ballack will play as well. any update of injuries today?
Lampard will play. And I suspect Ballack too. Drogba maybe not.

Extremely difficult to win at Anfield. But if these players want to win the Champions League, it's time to show it. Because, with all the respect, we played against Olympiacos and Fenerbahce...
Just read an article on Chelsea's site from Benitez saying that Gerrard is fit and will play tomorrow.
I agree, I think Ballack will be good to go
Third time ****y;
all the media are implying that the boys are rallying around Grant

I wander if this is a tactical show of unity before the crucial match or if there is a slight chance we have been misinterpreting his uncharismatic, boring and expressionless face

I really hope Lamps plays!!!!
Eurosport announced both Gerrard and lamps fit.

I mean, really, this is a game when you go out and play your heart out, doesn't matter how injured you are.
if we dont lost tonight we will go through i think......

if we score first then we are in a great position, coz losing 2-1 would still mean we can go thru winning 1-0 at home....

the key question is how we react if they score first, and am sure they will score today, do you remain caution and lose 1-0 or attack and risk going 2-0 down which means its over...very tricky situation for the players and needs mental toughness....

so far its 1-1 and 0-0 against them this season so both teams have no fear.....
mind you something tells me liverpool will get a big big refreeing decision tonite, so might as well write my outraged reponse now:

"so two phony sending offs against inter in both games, two controversial penalty decisions for and against versus arsenal, and now this?! are you fouking kiddin me?! just give the cup already to this skum of a team then and lets get it over with.....its not enuff the ghost goal and now this....oh well, we can still fight for the league....."

:pp
Will Belletti play? If he does I might consider witnessing the dazzling spectacle that will undoubtedly unfold.
I think it is fifty-fifty between him and Ferreira. Personally I'd prefer Paulo, he isn't perfect, but he is more reliable than Belletti.
I'm predicting a 1-0 win by Liverpool.
Would anyone happen to have a livestream of this match to share?

Thanks!
I hope to See Ballack... rather than Obi Mikel... the latter could get easy cards...

too Bad Essien not avail.... Ferriera for anfield.
