When is the first leg?
No Munich, Man United, or Barca please. I would take Man United or Barca in the semis when hopefully our players are all back and in top shape. Our defence just doesn't match up well against Munich.
However, here is how I would like the draw to turn out:
Munich - United
Barca - Chelsea
Pool - Villarreal
Arsenal - Porto

IMO Bayern won't win the CL because of their defence. Their attack is good though.
Demechelis, Lucio, the fullbacks and then you add a very suspect goalkeeper in Rensing.
They may have the big names in Lucio and Demechelis but they are very dodgy at the back. Seen it enough times watching Bayern in the Bundesliga.
Then you have the slow and immobile Van Bommel in the centre.
As for us obviously we have to improve considerably to even make a further mark in this competition. Some missing players back could help though.

im not too bothered to be honest- though porto and villareal look the weakest on paper- all the ties are tricky- we can beat anyone- on onehand you have disciplined teams like liverpool and chelsea who may be harder to break down but pose a smaller threat to our goal, and then you have barcelona for example have great players going forward- but would give us space which is when we produce our best football.
i fancy a toure-toure reunion- henry and hleb back to the emirates- cesc back to barca. it would be a mouthwatering tie

I think we would struggle against Bayern. I think it was 03 when we went there and got thumped.

Cygan and Kolo had nightmare, I'll take any non-English side.
That was 2005. I remember Kolo heading a ball straight into the air from a Kahn goalkick and Pizarro, I think, scoring very quickly. It wasn't a good night.
Most memorable thing about that tie was Cesc getting in Ballack's face at Highbury. That was awesome!

Obviously i want Porto or Villareal. Preferrably Porto, on paper they're the weakest team out there.
Don't want Liverpool at all, we don't stand a chance against them in the CL. Don't want to face Bayern either, our defense isn't best equipped to play them.
If i had to choose one of the big boys it would definitely be the Russians.

If we get to the Final it will be United, pretty sure. In fact I think both CL and FA Cup Finals might be Arsenal vs United.

Wow, you guys are really already planning on a final?
I admit we can beat anyone on our day, but don't you think with how consistantly bad we have been playing that we should take it day by day? To get to the final we will more than likely have to get through two of United, Barca, Chels, Pool, and Munich. In none of those games we will be favorites.
