I am planning to go to Madrid this April and I want to know how long it takes to get from Valencia to Madrid on the train?

Also, how long does it take roughly to get from Barcelona to Madrid by train and is there any website that I can book tickets from?

Then, up right, there's a banner that says: TIKNET. Click it. Then there's an option that says "Compra de Billetes" (Ticket sellings). It seems that it's not available right now, it says that it "open" from 7AM until 11:30PM. I think that you need to register, but I'm not sure because it's not available right now.

You may not have a problem if you travel in normal dates. But if it's in Easter, I recommend you to get them as soon as possible.
