Stefan Radu gave Bastos and Wallace a hard time when they lost because the two were partying up in the locker room after a defeat. Radu then questioned the clubs winning culture and desire, signalling that he won't be fit if the club doesn't demand a winning attitude in the clubhouse.

Radu will likely transfer in the winter/summer.

How about that, a Romanian that wants to win on and off the field.. isn't that something we've been missing? I love this guys attitude.

Radu has played 12 years as a starter, 350 apps, 280 league games for the club. He's won 3 cups and has been captain. Radu has been allowed to leave for free if he finds a club that better suits his winning attitude. The club announced they will do this only because they love Radu and he's an icon for the club.

Radu described as a hero for the club and rarely a bad performance in 12 years. The fans consider him a legendary player for the club.
Radu has a career performance average of 7.11 for Lazio. Regarded as a top defender in the league still.

Radu is one of the top 10 capped players all time for Lazio. He's also has win/loss +/- when he plays like nobody else at the club. They lose more games when he doesn't play.

Napoli are apparently bidding for him. They'd be getting a deal if they sign him for free as he's listed with a 6M euro price tag for the 33 year old. A remarkable figure for someone who is 33.

More great news, Ianis already likely to leave Genk in January.. this shit doesn't make sense, he played well 90% of the time he got chances, his numbers aren't bad either for the minutes he's been getting. But apparently it has more to do with his lack of versatility, he needs to play behind the striker and supposedly couldn't adapt.

Felice Mazzu, former coach of Ianis Hagi from Genk , has revealed the young Romanian football team lost to Belgium.

The technician claims that Ianis is not a footballer that can be used in several game systems, he can play on one post, the one behind the tips.

Mazzu claims that he has talked a lot with the little Hagi about this, but lets understand that the player did not understand or failed to adapt.
“Look at Hagi! He is a very good footballer, but in a middle line of three he is not suitable. I talked to him for hours about this. He can only play behind the striker, but the rest of the team must play according to him. In this way it was compromised, ”Mazzu told Het Laatste Nieuws .
Transferred as a big star this summer, Ianis Hagi has sporadically taken the starting team to Genk.
Although it started well, with a clear goal, the young Romanian footballer was forgotten on the reserve bench by Felice Mazzu in many matches.
He became the headline after the coach was dismissed because of the results well below expectations, and the Belgian press wrote that he could even leave the team during the winter marketing period.

Ianis can play in a 4-3-3 in the attack line. Obviously he's not a classic winger, but he can offer more support to the creation in midfield. This happened in Spain with players like Isco or Iniesta.

He has to understand his role too.

His issue when he drops is that Hagi expects to be spoon-fed a pass and to pick out a direct ball on his own. What he should be doing is moving into gaps and spaces, offering options left and right, and then supporting a short pass. When there's an opportunity to switch the ball or play someone through, then go direct. His first pass is always "decisive". It leads to a lot of turnovers.
