c'mon mate, you voiced your opinon and I voiced mine.
absolutely not true, I wouldn't have spent so long explaining to why I disagree with your opinon in this debate.
Therein lies the difference. I am not about debate, I like to dialogue because in my mind, it really does not matter who is right or wrong. We all see things differently.
My frustration with your opinion is a failure to acknowledge other people's point of view. Your filter is very narrow. Facts alone do not explain why things happen. I understand your point of view and appreciate the details in which you argue. It is different than how I see things and how I process information.
I can give you numerous examples in the American sports landscape that argues my point. I am afraid that will generate the kind of response I get from people here when I discuss the Football we all love.
My point is simple. For most teams, I agree, certain key players will make the difference in how a team performs moving forward. The expectation for a club like Manchester United should be different. As Giggs, Keane, Scholes, Neville get older, they will have more chances of getting injured. Which means, the younger players need to step up their efforts, their development, and start replacing the role players that are injured.
Fletcher, Alan Smith, Rio, and Ruud are the ones that need to take that role over in the absence of the others.
It is a different way of looking at it than you. Yet, it has its merits.
