Ziyech has decided to represent Morocco instead of Holland.

Case of him liking to be a big fish in a small pond, just like his decision to pick a near bankrupt Twente over Feyenoord?

Can't really tell yet if he's genuine starting material for Oranje as Twente are so poor at the moment. Someone like Nicky Hofs would probably stand out there too.

He's the big man at Twente. Almost all of the goals they scored he has been involved in.

Not sure if he's a big loss though. Maher was the next best thing as well a few seasons ago and he didnt really progress in his time at PSV.

Germany - Holland in Hannover Tuesday November 17

Lets see if we manage to lose both

and yes, Blind called Espanyol midfielder (on loan from Real Madrid) Marco Ascensio if he was interested to play for Holland :D he said no for the time being. He has a Dutch mum

Dick to the rescue now for Blind. Making it his 4th job already at the KNVB. Assistant of Rinus, head coach in 94, head coach in 2004 and now back again as assistant.

How long till part two of his ridiculous plan resigns too?

Ok, he did appoint van Gaal, but that seems an age ago and in football, you're only as good as your last game.

Shock win against Portugal in Geneva :D

3-0

First win against them since the early 90s

Most of us thought Koeman had gone mad by playing Vilhena as a LWB and feared that Quaresma would tear him apart.

Performance against England in the 0-1 was poor though.

2 away games are coming up in the next few days. First one is away to Slovakia in Trvana on Thursday, 2nd away to Italy in Juventus' stadium.

Jong Oranje played two away games in South America. First away to Bolivia, in low lying Santa Cruz de la Sierra though, where they won 1-4 thanks to Sam Lammers and Jordan Bacuna. Second game was in capital city Ascunsion against Paraguay where they drew 1-1. Guus Til scored Jong Oranje's goal. After the tie, both sides took penalties and FC Twente goalie Joel Drommel became an unlikely hero.

Unexpected win last night away in Hamburg. Thought Holland was fortunate to not trail by more going into the break, but the second half was typical of Koeman sides which turn up after the break after slow first halves. Nice to see Malen get a goal.
