Olivier Renard: second keeper of Udinese. He will be the next in the tradition of great Belgian keepers. In the -21 national squad it's between him and Gillet (keeper of Monza and I think best goallie in the serie B last year). I think Renard is the best of them.

Walter Baseggio: 21(?)-years old defensive midfielder of RSC Anderlecht. Has it all. He reminds me of Arie Haan. Defensively very strong but also very, very good at distributing the game.

Willy Sagnol(!!!!), sorry got confused by your right back. Anyway Sagnol is a young Frensh defender, bought by Bayern Munch this summer. You will see he's good.

How old is Costinha? I thought on Belgian TV they said he only was 21 years old.

you are damn wrong costinha is 26 years old.
well oyu favour belgium that doesnt mean that you are gonna put belgian players ahead of better players.
i mean oliver renard is second keeper at udinese but frey is first keeper at inter milan.he is much better and i wouldnt put renard in the substitues bench either i would put cassilas who is first choice keeper for real madrid.
well i havent got time to argue about the other belgian inclusions of yours.
i think there is only one player missing from my side who deserves a place and it is JOE COLE.

anelka you're taking things way to serious. i thought this forum was also a place to promote some young and unknow players. so that's what i did.

in fact the thing is with young players, you can say that they are talented, but you don't know if they're gonna make it. how many talents are wasted. my team has a lot of talent if they will make it? we'll see

and for the record joe cole is just another english hype. just as owen is!

hey this looks more like euro-southamerican one
i would suggest either put shinji ono or bob convey instead of baronio.
otherwise a great team.

Don't know this Convey guy and I don't think Ono is better than Baronio. And yes you are right, it is an Euro - South American team, where else do todays biggest stars come from?

he plays for the biggest club in m.l.s DC United.
he is already a first team regular.

I've never seen Convey, and I still would never put an American on any team. And when Ono proves himself in a big league, I'll think about him. But right now, I'll stick to my team.

anelka

isnt convey the 17years old kid? i saw him on tv if he is the same one. he seems promising but he is no where near being a top 11...hell, i wouldnt even pick him in the squad overall.

lets wait a couple of years and then we'll see.

Anthony Lurling, Kevin Bobson, and Wilfred Bouma are 3 lightning quick left-wingers from the Netherlands of who will surely be more heard of in the not so distant future.

They'll be as great as Overmars and Zenden. :)

If only there were some great right-wingers, Andy Van Der Meyde and Jeffrey Talan look good prospects. :)

BOUMA is indeed an excellent player but a t times he appears awkward with his big frame.

Anelka, Klompe is already 24, so I don't think you can call him a youth star. I think you're influenced too much by CM, where his age is not correct.

gOD, Bobson plays for Ajax. He played a few games last season.

My team:
-----------Frey-------------
Sagnol-Cristanval-Samuel-Chivu
----------Baronio------------
Dalmat----------------Riquelme
-----------Aimar-------------
-----Saviola-----Ronaldinho--
